The Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage. Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around. The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night. With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

Il est fortement recommandé, dans le plus intérieur de la ville, la réception est très gentille, le prix est très pratique, le petit-déjeuner fournit un buffet, le dîner fournit des plats avant, le repas, le point de repas, les boissons doivent être payées supplémentaires, très pratique, de la sauvage à pied dans 10 minutes sans aller à l'hôtel, la ville est très belle, Les installations sont plus vieilles, mais propres !

酒店地點比其它酒店遠離火車站。地方整潔，早餐品種多及有特色。 可惜服務上要給差評，理應下午三時入住，要等到下午四時才有房，也和1小時前指出的房間有分別。 我們坐在房間門口外吃東西，拿了一張布質凳仔放食物，在上麪鋪了保護。但一老婦（感覺是酒店的主人，是住在我們房間隔壁）經過，拿了兩塊布過來要我們再保護好這張凳😳期間不停的訓導我們不應該在門外吃東西（應該在花園內吃)，會弄汚這凳子，更提醒不能在房間裏吃東西，房間裏的垃圾應該拿出外麪15米外垃圾桶拋棄，因為會產生異味影響房間空氣質素云云。在移動食物期間。飲料倒瀉了，她的麪色更難看。又訓斥了一頓，說什麼毀壞了這張凳。 這樣的服務實在可惡。我們住酒店住得多了，但從來未有遇過這樣酒店的服務人員（或老闆）。 百分百不推薦, 住費也不平便宜。It is a really bad hotel stay experience. Highly not recommend as it doesn't match its high price with its service.

Very clean - easy to work with - clear communication with Inter Home - Only issue was wash machine was very poorly run - did not extract wash - clothes took two days to dry Need to either get a new wash machine or take that service off the description for
