Easy walking distance to the beaches, cafe and surf shop at Smiths Beach.Great house for any season with bright open plan living/dining/kitchen. Well equipped kitchen has fridge, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, electric frypan, pod-compatible coffee machine plus dishwasher to make for happy chefs! Separate laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle air conditioner provides heating and cooling.The first bedroom has 1 Queen sized bed, second bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 King Single bed with trundle. No Bunks! The property is located 0.8km, a short stroll to Smith's Beach. It has two storeys and has a large back yard with a native garden that attracts native birds.
