I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu.
Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro.
2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work.
The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru
I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody »

« Globalement, pour 95 points, l'hôtel est très proche de la zone de paysage, il y a aussi beaucoup de notoriétés de vieilles notions à proximité, le voyage est très pratique, l'équipement de la chambre est complet, le site est très confortable, il est insuffisant parce que le bouchon de l'eau chaude est un peu déchiré et il y a des bouchons, mais ce sentiment de bouchon est inéluctable, donc il n'y a pas de moyen de le nettoyer. Oui. Le premier jour, j'ai préparé une goutte d'eau minière dans la chambre de chambre, et j'ai immédiatement réparé le lendemain, après avoir parlé à la réception. D'une manière générale, en termes de localisation géographique, d'installations et de niveau de service, je pense que c'est un hôtel très bon marché dans la vieille ville. Je pourrai choisir ici la prochaine fois. »

IInvité房間很乾凈整潔寬敞，室內有暖氣，還是小米的。設施都很新。老闆很熱情，忙前忙後，晚上坐在小院還能烤火和放煙花，老闆還送了烤紅薯，自家種的，很甜很好吃！很開心！回去的時候還買了贛南橙子，好好吃！

Le service est extrêmement extrêmement riche, il y a un petit tuteur spécial, super intime ～ La position est également pratique, à moins de vingt minutes à pied de la zone de paysage que nous allons aller. Il y a un supermarché autour de lui, il y a de l'eau et des plats pour ne pas courir de loin. Vous pouvez vivre quelques nuits dans l'ensemble, le rapport coût-efficacité est élevé, et vous pouvez choisir cette maison avec la famille sans gêner. - Ça va aller.

IInvitéCompléter 100 pièces de la salle de lac, une super maison, la mère et la fille sont très satisfaites, c'est que la télévision est cassée, je ne peux pas le voir. Le directeur est très attentif, le petit-déjeuner est bon, deux jours ne seront pas difficiles. Le déjeuner a été commandé pour le poisson jaune et la paillette de pommes de terre, il a un goût très bon, beaucoup mieux que le premier jour de la nuit pour aller au vieux restaurant.

SStanley The Travel ManOne of the best hotel that I have ever stayed in.
Location : It is near the bus station. I took a bullet train from Hong Kong and took a bus from the train station. It costs 6 rmb.
One negative is the entrance of the hotel is not facing the street. It is inside an entrance to a parking lot . There isn’t any signs or arrows. I asked a few and finally one lady knew and told me. The others 3 simply said in that direction or around the corner.
The front desk was well staff. There were 2 persons there.
They were polite and helpful.
The room is brightly lit. It is big. It has separate shower and toilet stall. It even has a bottle that labels ‘clothing washing detergent ‘. The sofa is very nice and soft. The view from the room is not good but I am fine with it. There are 4 elevators. 2 of which only go up to the 3rd floor.
The check out is an unheard of 2 pm. It is like 1 in 1000 hotels that I have stayed in that has such a late check out time.
The breakfast is quite good with noodles, vegetables, buns, fresh grinder coffee, cakes and fruit.
In summary for the price that I paid it has good value. I definitely recommend it .

La chambre est large et propre, les installations sont complètes et modernes, les chambres sont confortables et hautement confortables. Le service de la réception est chaleureusement attentif et facile à gérer. La position de l'hôtel est excellente et les shoppings sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est riche et le goût est bon. Le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, la prochaine fois que vous arriverez à Longnan, vous choisirez ici, fortement recommandé!

UUtilisateur anonymeThey didn't speak any English and were not very handy with any translator. Despite that, some cleaning (or accommodation? I was not sure about their role) ladies tried her best. I had to change the room twice cause they were both on the ground floor and they had humidity and fungus. Luckily the one I finally got was better but with mosquitos, yay!
Good point, everything was pretty clean in the room and the AC (so necessary at this time) worked pretty well.

JJannyyaoLa chambre est bonne et les installations sont également plus nouvelles. La dame soeur qui a été traitée par la réception n'a pas rappelé le soir de la réception et le soir du cocktail ou du café qui a été livré au bar. Bien que la garantie ne soit pas valable, elle reflète le concept de service du magasin de vin et le mode d'exploitation à l'intention des personnes, Ou bien, après mon séjour, j'ai soudain pensé à appeler la réception pour savoir qu'il y avait un peu de temps pour le repos, mais il était trop tard. L'hôtel dit que l'après-midi suivant peut aussi être, mais qui va retarder la sortie pour le repos, tout le reste est bon, le niveau de service global est bon! Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais comme les enfants courent, ils ont pris de la nourriture et sont retournés au centre de visite des petits serviteurs, ils ont été un peu déçus. Les autres sont venus à la maison sans attention ‼️

UUtilisateur anonymeCet hôtel a été une véritable surprise ! La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, et la propreté impeccable, jusque dans les moindres recoins. Le lit était incroyablement confortable et j'ai dormi à poings fermés toute la nuit. La réception était incroyablement attentionnée, répondant à toutes nos demandes et gardant même nos bagages. L'emplacement était également idéal, avec des supermarchés et des restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. Le prix était raisonnable et le rapport qualité-prix excellent. J'y retournerais sans hésiter !
