Our store is located 2 kilometers from Pingshi Bus Station, 6 kilometers from Kaiping South Station, and only a 20 minute drive from Chikan Ancient Town, which is 13 kilometers away. Convenient traffic. Adjacent to the Donghui City business district, there are large shopping malls such as Changda Chang, KTV, movie theaters, Starbucks, food courts, and a wide range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options in the surrounding area. The hotel rooms are equipped with intelligent mutual control systems, parking lots, self-service laundry rooms, self-service breakfast, wireless WIFI coverage, fresh British style, modern minimalist design: quality lobby, city coffee bar, international aromatherapy, comfortable bathing, fashionable home furnishings, high-quality bedding, providing guests with a cost-effective accommodation experience beyond expectations. Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time.

Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too.
4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room
Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked.
5. Laundry
They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes.
The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it.
6. Check-out
Very quick and smooth.
7. Location
Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break.
Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion)
1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important.
2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures.
3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular).
4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use.
Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice. »

« Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide. »

La famille qui gère l'établissement maîtrise l'art de prendre soin de ses hôtes. Nous possédons un vocabulaire chinois limité, mais grâce à une application de traduction et à leur volonté de nous mettre à l'aise, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Nous voyageons beaucoup et c'était l'un des lits les plus confortables que nous ayons eu en Chine.
Toutes les commodités sont fournies (y compris un panier-repas dans la chambre !) et tout le monde a veillé à ce que nous n'ayons pas besoin de quoi que ce soit.
Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, avec de nombreux plats locaux, que nous, étrangers, n'aurions probablement pas goûtés seuls.
L'emplacement est très pratique : l'entrée de Zilicun est à 8 minutes à pied. Vous pouvez facilement passer la matinée à Zilicun pour profiter du paysage avant qu'il ne fasse trop chaud.
Ensuite, nous sommes rentrés déjeuner chez l'habitant ; le restaurant sert une cuisine savoureuse.
Le soir, le paysage est magnifique. Le jardin a été aménagé avec soin et les principaux bâtiments de la ville sont parfaitement illuminés.
La générosité de la famille, les installations et les spectacles chaleureux en soirée ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Merci encore ! »

De nombreux endroits sont encore en développement et de nombreux magasins sont encore en rénovation et fermés. Ce 1er mai, j'ai emmené ma fille en voyage sans destination. Il n'y avait pas de plan, pas de stratégie, et j'ai simplement fait mes bagages et je suis parti. J'ai visité la baie de Yinhu, la montagne Dayan, Little Bird Paradise, le village de Chenpi et Chikan. le long du chemin.La ville antique est le dernier arrêt. Je voulais revenir le même jour, mais ma fille a été attirée par cette ville ancienne et a insisté pour rester une nuit. Merci pour la recommandation de la gentille et attentionnée fille Xiao Min, l'hôtel est très bien. Lorsque l'ancienne ville sera entièrement construite, nous y retournerons et jouerons à nouveau sérieusement. Je souhaite à Miss Xiaomin un bon travail! »

IInvitéTout d'abord, la conception et l'assainissement du B&B sont très bons, et la rénovation de l'école Diaolou est également très distinctive. Cependant, en tant que B&B avec un prix de plus de 600 yuans, je pense que le service doit être amélioré : 1. J'ai réservé deux chambres et je suis arrivé vers 11 heures du matin, et ils ont dit que tout allait bien. On m'a donné une chambre avant la fin du ménage, j'ai dit que nous pourrions y rester après être sortis pour le déjeuner et je suis revenu. oui. Cependant, j'ai demandé à 13h30 que le ménage n'était pas terminé. Si je suis arrivé à 14 heures, on m'a répondu que c'était parce que les employés devaient manger (bien sûr). C'est très agréable d'avoir une table sur la pelouse pour manger, mais si on ne la nettoie pas ; après l'avoir terminé, il vous sera demandé de payer 100 yuans pour demander à la tante de le nettoyer. Je pense que c'est incompatible avec le positionnement d'un B&B à ce prix (on peut dire que les invités nettoient eux-mêmes, mais on ne peut pas dire que la tante doit payer 100 yuans pour nettoyer.); 4. C'est assez sans voix de continuer à courir après les bonnes critiques à mon retour, et je ne connais même pas le sexe de l'invité.
Bref, l'environnement B&B est très bon, mais j'espère que le service pourra être amélioré (j'ai réservé celui-ci après avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel de Zhuhai auparavant et je l'ai trouvé bien).

IInvitéIl y a plus d'une semaine que je suis revenu et je suis en train de voyager, et c'est la première fois qu'il est fortement recommandé d'entendre un nom.
Tout d'abord, les chefs et les employés du peuple sont très enthousiastes, de notre logement à notre départ, qui donnent à nos valeurs émotionnelles. Si nous soumettons des demandes ou des exigences, les chefs peuvent satisfaire pour la première fois. Merci beaucoup.
En fait, c'est l'environnement, bien que la population n'ait pas de places grandes, mais les installations sont complètes. Les enfants de la piscine au deuxième étage sont heureux de jouer. Notre chambre a un grand étage. Les enfants jouent au-dessus la nuit et ne touchent pas les autres.
Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner de l'après-midi sont également très surpris, depuis les plateaux jusqu'à la combinaison, nutrition et santé.
Bien que le passé soit très loin de Xi'an, j'aurai encore une chance.

It’s conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk from a small mall that features a large grocery store, arcade, and various other shops. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to grab a meal or snack. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-situated hotel that’s perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommend!

Few keys are required the owner to improve as below
1) Balcony door couldn't be closed.
2) The shower head holder couldn't be hold the shower head.
3) The bathroom sink is slightly clogged. The water didn't drain down smoothly.

J'ai demandé au serveur de m'apporter une boîte et d'en emporter pour que je puisse manger dans ma chambre, mais il a dit non. Comme je ne trouvais pas de place, j'ai pris une place en toute hâte. bol, but deux bouchées de porridge et partit. De plus, s'il y a un problème de stationnement, la route devant l'entrée du site pittoresque a été bloquée sur plusieurs centaines de mètres. J'ai finalement franchi la porte. Tout est propre, si vous jouez, je me sens que la journée n'est pas finie. L'hôtel de famille présenté par les amis est très bon, dans la ville antique, l'apparence est étonnante, En fait, il y a un cabinet. Deux jours et une nuit, le temps est utilisé pour terminer le programme. Le monde de la glace et de la neige est le projet le plus préféré pour les enfants.

TThamL'hôtel est un hôtel très nouveau et utilise une technologie avancée. Le nom de l'hôtel est en fait Ousika, pas Osika. L'hôtel a une robe pendule devant l'aircondition de la chambre, mais il n'a pas été dit à nous et nous l'avons réalisé seulement le dernier jour de notre séjour. La machine à laver est bien, mais trop peu de séchoirs.

IInvitéL'ancienne maison rurale a été rénovée, le premier étage était une salle d'exposition, elle était très grande et des objets anciens étaient exposés, j'ai vu qu'il y avait un bar, donc elle pouvait boire. . Il y avait du vin, mais le bar n'était pas ouvert comme ça. La kitchenette est petite, mais l'environnement n'est pas mauvais. Il y a des moustiques la nuit et les serpentins électriques ne servent à rien. Je n'ai pas bien dormi. vieille ville et passé Liyuan (plus proche du B&B). La location d'un vélo coûte 15/heure, et une voiture électrique coûte 18/heure, 78/jour, c'est trop cher pour aller dans des endroits pittoresques et j'ai peur qu'elle soit volée. ! Didi y est allé, c'est assez loin !

IInvitéNous étions très excités par l'idée de visiter le diaoulo, mais le seul bus de Shunde à Kaiping a quitté à presque 14h! À l'époque où nous arrivaissons, il était déjà trop tard pour se rendre au diaoulo. Le gars de la réception a senti notre douleur et nous a donné des suggestions utiles sur ce que nous devrions faire pendant que nous étions là.
La position de l'hôtel est superbe, juste à côté de la gare d'autobus, de la rivière et de la rue, en ligne avec de l'or(s) sur les deux côtés de la division.
Mais l'hôtel lui-même avait certainement vu des jours meilleurs.
Le service était très bon, le prix était proportionnel à ce qui était offert.
