酒店環境很好，房間有落地窗，乾淨衞生，就是房間內有煙的味道，希望每次打掃乾淨後，能開窗通通風，顧客入住後再自行關窗。樓下有很多賣小吃的，吃飯很方便，但是臨街會有點吵，晚上睡覺能聽到車流聲，建議前台後，前台很快就送來耳塞，服務很好。酒店有健身房和餐廳，早餐挺豐盛的。

性價比很高，酒店環境很好，房間面積大。裏面配置了很多東西很用心，一次性洗臉巾 漱口水 濕廁紙 馬桶墊，很驚喜。但也有一些收費的貼有很大的收費標簽，處理的很好，但也是好久沒有住過收按金的酒店了，一下子沒反映過來。另一個問題是房間續住，可以更便捷一點，減少客人溝通成本。 整體都很滿意，很推薦。

房間整潔，乾濕分離，一進房間有點香煙味，開窗通風后沒有了，熱水不是很熱，影響洗浴。問一下是設備故障在檢修。服務員很熱情，為我們提供不少便利。酒店有洗衣房，自動洗滌很方便。酒店門前是停車場，周邊步行600米是美食街。早餐品種多很豐富。價格實惠。離南陽府衙5公里，值得推薦。

房間格局很好，也挺大，很適合一家三口出行，我們很喜歡。附近就有十二里河美食街，很實惠。早上還提供早餐。停車也方便。唯一就是估計定家庭房的人不是很多，服務員一下子提供不了房卡，幸好房間就在前台旁邊，我們進出都是服務員幫忙開的門（後面提供了）。洗臉枱周圍衞生略欠缺。廁所衞生紙好像放了挺長時間的。
