先説説驚喜，因為是帶娃出行，預訂前就打電話諮詢，yana小姐姐很耐心的解答，聽説我是一家三口，還主動提出可以加嬰兒護欄等，太感謝了，立馬就定了這家酒店。入住的時候前台送了歡迎小食，會員飲品券，禮賓也幫忙提東西送到房間。房間大大的落地窗，護欄也提前加好了，十分感謝。其次是建議，早餐服務很好，有洲際會員專區。但是品種可以更豐富一些，雖然感覺什麼都有，但好像又沒什麼好吃的，希望豐富一些就更好了。

酒店非常好，強烈推薦，房間很大，親子出遊的房間兩個床都是大床，四個大人都綽綽有餘。有洗衣機烘乾機，有健身器材，早餐種類特別多，安靜，停車極方便，自駕遊很友好。服務生到大堂經理，親切細心。完美。因為這個酒店，對商洛印象很好。
