地理位置：這個酒店在宜城南郊，緊鄰新的政務中心。但僅適合自駕客人，因為位置偏僻公交不便到達。 停車：免費。但停車場指示不明確，第一次進停車場肯定會錯停在隔壁收費區域。 服務：酒店很新，雖然掛名國際二字，但前台還沒培訓好，見面第一句話是“你訂房了嗎？”“你是網上訂的嗎？” 屬於同類別酒店前台話術之僅見… 酒店環境：酒店後面是一個很大的居民小區，入住率不高，晚上霓虹燈閃爍到凌晨兩點。小區裏有別墅、游泳池和公寓樓；我們定的園景房大約是幼兒園景，開窗可見對面陽台廚房。 酒店設施：U1S1 酒店硬件和內部設計不錯，但是裝修監理不到位，浴室的水會分流兩支，後在馬桶間彙集排不出去[失望R] 酒店B1層（實際是負二樓）有獨立經營的游泳池和健身房，酒店客人可免費使用；這點很贊！ 餐飲：酒店早餐以中式為主，也算不錯。這裡能訂到全城唯一的瑞幸外賣。 不到300元一晚的房費，總體挺OK。
