I recently stayed at Royale Signature Hotel in Alor Setar for one night and overall had a comfortable experience.
✅ Highlights:
The room was spacious and came with a bath tub, which was a pleasant surprise – quite rare for hotels in this category. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Aman Central, the largest and most modern mall in Alor Setar, offering plenty of options for shopping, food, and entertainment.
🧼 Cleanliness:
Cleanliness was up to standard in both the room and common areas.
Noise Level:
One of the things I really appreciated was how quiet the room was – a peaceful environment for rest.
🛎️ Service:
Service was average – staff were polite, but the experience could be improved with more warmth or attentiveness.
🏢 Facilities:
Facilities are basic but sufficient. It meets expectations for a city hotel, but don’t expect anything beyond the essentials.

The stay was okay but has deteriorated over a year as compared to my last trip in Dec2023.
The room is dark (prefer more white light). This time I realized that there was no fridge in my room. The curtain rail is falling, the toilet shower glass door cannot close properly, and lastly water drainage system is flowing very slow.
Breakfast was not good.
Pros: the room is big and bed is big. Aircond is cold enough.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon depuis mon séjour l'année dernière.
Malheureusement, je m'occupe de mes bagages de l'enregistrement pour vérifier. Pas de personnel pour vous aider depuis que je venais avec mon toddler. Seul le trolley a été pris en charge à ma demande. Alors, il faut gérer tout par moi-même.

Staying at the executive king , big tv screen , but no signal to watch the local channels , WiFi is bad , tried to connect few times , can’t use for the tv & phone as well .
Overall this room category is better than the Superior room , more spacious , has laundry bag & mineral water bottles . Would suggest to add laundry bag for superiors room category

Location is conveniently closed to highway exit. It only takes around 10-15 min to get to the city centre. Lots of parking in front of the hotels.
Room is clean. Beds comfortable.
However the aircon takes quite a while to get the room cold. There is no fridge. And no disposable toothbrush and toothpaste too. You need to bring it urself.
Overall ok provided its cheaper price for 2 beds room for 3 person.

Le personnel était agréable et confortable. Comme je me suis réservé au cours du Ramadan, ils ont fourni le «Sahur Menu» à 4.30 am pour vous de l'avoir en privé dans votre chambre. Ce service est très bon.

I had a good stay at StarCity Hotel in Kedah. The room was clean and comfortable, with working air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to shops and places to eat.
Breakfast had a nice variety and tasted good. Wi-Fi was fast and free. Parking was easy and safe.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good service. I would stay here again.

Eewtw94The single room is well-furnished and pretty spacious to include a comfy single bed. Toiletries and simple breakfast is provided too which is a plus. Super location next to Aman Central and many eateries, even a medical centre. Staff is also super helpful and polite. Every time I’m back I stay here (:

There is no elevator to the upper floors. We are thankful that the receptionionist changed our room from the third floor to the second floor. There is ample parking space for guests.

NNurhidayahThis was my second time staying at T+ Hotel Sg Korok, and it continues to be a great choice. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking space available, which is very convenient for travelers.
I stayed in a room for 4 people, and it was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for a family stay. However, one downside is the lack of an operating lift, which could be inconvenient for those with elderly parents or heavy luggage. If I’m not mistaken, the lift has already been installed and is pending approval from the local authorities, so I recommend checking with the hotel directly for updates.
Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, and I look forward to returning again in the future!

IInvitéThis is one of the oldest hotel chain in Malaysia since 1995 if not mistaken, great locations at many major cities and places in Malaysia. Staff is working hard to please guests that’s encouraging indeed. However the only let down of this hotel is the facilities and amenities are not been replaced as owners seemed not interested in refurbishment. This is very sad for me as I do enjoy to stay at Sri Malaysia hotel chain, great location, ample parking space, but the run down facilities indeed a let down. Even breakfast spread is the same over the years, such a low end budget hotel. Hope the owners of this hotel invest and reinvest if not this remarkable hotel chain will slowly wipe out from the Malaysia tourism industry map.

The hotel is okay for the price, nothing fancy. It does have an air con, tv, towels and body soap. I’d suggest you bring your own toilet paper and toiletries. Good for overnight stay. The WiFi is excellent. There’s a big mall nearby, you can walk or take a Grab. Thank you.
