The sofa in the lounge opens to provide a third bed if required.A heatpump/air conditioner keeps the cottage toasty warm in winter and cool in summer. The lounge has a new LED TV with access to Netflix and Freeview HD.The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, tea and coffee facilities, and a dishwasher. Some breakfast foods, milk and basic cooking supplies are included.Linen (bedding and towels) is included. A washing machine is located in the bathroom and free to use.Kereru Cottage is fully self-contained. Guests have exclusive use of the first floor of the building. On the ground floor there is a separate unit where other guests may be staying. It is a short walk to the lovely Manly Beach that you can see from your deck. We are located close to shops, cafes and restaurants, golf courses and there is a bus stop at the top of the drive. Relax at our tranquil getaway . The kitchenette has bench top oven with two elements, microwave, electric jug, toaster, coffee maker and all crockery cutlery to make your stay comfortable. It has a lovely deck area with a small table and chairs outside.The lounge has TV and a comfortable lounge suite for you to relax. The bedroom is a spacious area with lovely comfortable queen size bed, cane 2 seater couch, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk for laptop if required . Our contemporary home is situated on a clifftop overlooking Big Manly beach with private beach access. The amazing panoramic views of the Hibiscus Coast are spectacular from the bedrooms, lounge and dining room and decks.Whangaparaoa Peninsular offers many beaches that are great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing, sailing or you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the beaches.The fully equipped kitchen is open plan and opens onto a large deck which is the perfect place to enjoy a Barbeque and glass of wine at the end of a busy day to watch the sunset.On this same level are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed ( Sleeps 2 )and the other has two single beds ( Sleeps 2 ) There is also a bathroom and separate toilet.The large master bedroom with gueen bed ( Sleeps 2 ) plus en-suite is on the top floor.This holiday sleeps 6.Not suitable for children under 15 years.The ground floor has a fully equipped laundry. Off-street parking for two cars is included. The garages are not available to guests.All linen is included, along with beach towels and bathrobes if required.The property manager occupies the ground floor unit and is available to answer any questions during your stay.
