STREAMING SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED AS WELL (NETFLIX AND PRIME VIDEO).OUTDOOR SPACE:Hot Tub, Outdoor sofa and extra seating, Outdoor Dining Table, Gas Firepit and Charcoal Grill. Your complete privacy is respected while you are using the Hot Tub. Please do keep noise levels to a peaceful & moderate level. (NOTE: Hot Tub is available year round).GUEST ACCESS:Guests can access the studio by going down either the side stairs on the LEFT side of the home which has handrails or guests can access the studio on the RIGHT side of the home where there is a set of stairs and gravel pathway just through the arbor arches. (NOTE: the right side entry doesn't provide handrails and is a little bit steeper). There is a key lock box located for contact-free check-in. Host will send check-in details to guests the day before arrival date. Sharing pins or access codes with any individual other than registered guests is a violation of these rules. (PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GUESTS WILL HAVE TO UTILIZE STAIRS TO ACCESS THE STUDIO DURING THEIR STAY)Guests have access to the amenities of the studio to include:• 2 Sit-in Kayaks w/ paddles and life vests. There is a sign posted stating “Guest Parking”.• FREE EV CAR CHARGING: There is a space on-site with an electric vehicle charging station available at no-charge to guests. Guests must PRE-RESERVE spot with host before arriving.NOISE:The studio is located on the bottom level of a Tri-Level beach home (Note: the studio is not located in a basement setting). The noise is noticeably reduced with noise dampers, but please keep in mind the host and pet lives above the rental. Sleep packs are provided in the studio for any light sleepers. COMFORT:The studio offers central heat and air and is shared within the home, so guests will need to contact the host to request any temperature adjustments. Portable heaters and fans are provided for extra comfort as well as blackout curtains to help reflect sunlight and keep the studio temperatures cooler during warmer months. Other details to note:HOUSE RULES:• No smoking or vaping.• No events or parties (If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, host has right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given).• This property sleeps 5 people (If we determine you have more than 5 people, we will charge a fee of $25 per person, per night. Welcome to this peaceful retreat on the doorstep of Canada in WA State. This cabin sleeps 4-5 comfortably. It is simple and cozy, boasting a glorious view of Birch Bay through a bank of windows or from the wrap around deck. There is one large bedroom in the loft with a queen size purple bed and a small futon (great for little kids). The bedroom downstairs is separated by a curtain, and has a twin bed over a double bed. The bathroom has been updated and includes a shower, washer/dryer, and a bidet (just cold water, sorry). This cozy cabin has a fireplace, forced air heating, sonos integrated speakers, and even an electric vehicle charging station. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and plates/glasses/pots etc.The location of the cabin is wonderful. Situated just above the C shop (a classic Birch Bay Beach Bakery), you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, beer gardens, and a lovely bayside berm, perfect for walks at any time of day. The entrance to the state park is less than a mile from the cabin, and Semiahmoo resort is just ten minutes away. During the summer this is a bustling place for young families, reminiscent of an 1950's beach town with many attractions. In winter, Birch Bay is serene and extremely quiet with birds and wildlife to observe. Great place to buckle down and get a big project done in solitude, or to come for a family weekend. This is a beautiful two-bedroom condo with a loft, has a king size Purple bed in the loft, a queen size bed in one bedroom, and a Dream Bed in the second bedroom . The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware a professional blender and even a instant pot. There is 3 flat screen TV's and fireplace. The Cabana Club house has a ping pong table and a living area to entertain guest. Our outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor day and hot tub is open year round. We have lots of lawn games such as badminton, horseshoes, and volleyball.
