Few locations on Norris Lake are in as close proximity to both the lake, the mountains, and the LaFollette/Jacksboro retail, restaurant, medical, and business district as we are. Across the street from Indian River Marina, we are 2 miles from town. This is a quiet and very comfortable house nestled up next to Koi ponds, 100 yards from IRM and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails. If you need a great place to stay in this area; this is it. This is a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to stay only 100 yards from Indian River Marina and the lake, and 20 minutes or less to fantastic ATV trails. New in 2021, the property is 600 s.f. with one sizable living room/kitchen combo and a bedroom with a queen bed. The living room has a high-quality sleeper sofa. A full-size bathroom and washer/dryer laundry room are accessed through the bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. We provide 6 pillows, 2 sets of queen linens, blankets, bedspreads, bath towels, and dish towels, but you must bring your paper products, toiletries, laundry detergent, and dish soap. They are connected with a pocket door that you can open for a larger room or close for more privacy. Walk out of the basement and onto the porch with additional seating overlooking the lake for additional relaxation. If you want to be closer to the water, you can congregate at the firepit with a bonfire after your day on the lake or your off-road adventure. The dock can be easily accessed down some steps at a gentle incline. THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF STEPS TO THE LAKE! The brand new covered dock has 2 slips and 2 jet ski ports. Use our recently added slide or jump in the water and enjoy a swim off our dock! There is a ton parking on the side of the house, a dedicated driveway, and additional parking in the back next to the firepit area. You are only about 10 miles from Windrock Park - G52,G54 trails for acres of off-road fun! Ride direct to the trailheads! Close to Royal Blue and Brimstone as well. Enjoy shopping, shows, and other attractions in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge which are only about 1.5 hours away and makes for a great day trip. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others.
