There is a lower covered patio area with a gorgeous, comfy sofa, 2 comfy chairs, cocktail and end tables from the Great Escape! 6 Adirondack chairs and an over sized picnic table that would seat 8 easily. Right near the patio area is a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. All of this is facing the lake!! You will have your very own private pier to fish from, swim from, read a book on or simply pull your boat up to.
