Our above ground suite, bright, spacious and has no stairs. 2 spacious bedrooms, a full bath, full sized kitchen and in-suite laundry. There's lots of storage, closet space and room to park on property. Winter season we have boot/glove dryers and ski/board rack. Our yard is a shared space with people, our dogs (we accompany our weenies when they’re outside) and the local deer and quail population. ***Please be aware that we have shared heat and A/C where the main control is in our main-living space upstairs. We have the central A/C set to 23 degrees and the heat is set to 22 degrees. We ask that you bring your own toiletries and not to use our towels for the beach. You are responsible for your own housekeeping during your stay. This upper level suite has its own entrance and ample parking. The suite is quite private with great views of the lake and the city of Vernon. Conveniently located close to amenities and recreation. It is 5 minutes to town; minutes from 4 golf courses; Okanagan and Kalamalka lakes; O’Keefe Ranch; water slides,; and The Rail Trail.
