« 這是我第二次入住富田酒店了，上次的入住，整體的感覺都非常不錯，主要是性價比這一塊兒真的很高。這次我入住的是高級雙床房，1115房間，下面來説一説這次的整體體驗。
服務：這次入住過程中，富田酒店的服務是非常值得點贊和好評的。
首先就是，在辦理入住的時候，前台主動告知電梯的位置，並且對於我提出的一些問題，前台也能夠給予解答。退房後，300元按金也是在很短的時間內就原路返還了，效率還是很高的。
其次，在上到11樓之後，遇到了幾位房掃阿姨，房掃阿姨很熱情地為我指引方向，讓我更快地找到自己的房間。
第三點就是，入住過程中，發現1115房間洗手枱上面的那個燈有問題，聯繫酒店之後，酒店快速響應解決。工程師傅幫我換了一個燈泡，之後就再也沒出過問題了。
還有就是，燈泡換好之後，不到十分鐘，前台給房間打來電話，詢問問題是否得以解決。我就覺得這次的服務非常到位，響應快速，還有後續回訪，感覺全程都沒有被冷落。
最後，晚上想去洗衣房的時候，發現我的房卡刷不進去洗衣房的門，我去前台詢問，前台小哥哥第一時間幫我更換了一張新的房卡，很高效地為我解決了問題，向前台小哥哥表示感謝，也為富田酒店整體的服務點贊，希望能夠繼續保持下去。
環境：富田酒店的地理環境很優越，位於鞍山市中心，距離火車站、客運站和大型商場都不遠，周圍的公交線路也不少，出行很方便。大堂明亮整潔，房間面積適中，沒有給人特別壓抑的感覺。但就是感覺晚上的時候，房間的燈光會有些暗。安全環境這方面也沒得説，上電梯需要刷卡，有效地保障了住客的安全。
設施：富田酒店的設施，我上次入住的時候已經詳細説過了，無論是健身房、咖啡機還是房間內部的閲讀書籍、小冰箱和體重秤，都是鞍山同價位酒店裡麪遙遙領先的，都非常值得稱讚。這次主要就説兩個問題。
第一個問題就是，1115房間的電視遙控器不好用，有一些按鍵按下去之後沒有反應，這就直接導致電視無法觀看（視頻1）。還是希望酒店放能夠儘快維修一下。
第二個問題，剛才也提到了，就是1115房間一開始洗漱台上麪的燈不好用，不過好在更換的速度很快，這裏就不再多説了。衹是一個小小的建議，就是説酒店方可以加強一下日常設施的管理工作，有問題及時維修和更換。
衞生：這次入住，衞生方面整體沒有什麼問題，衹是在1115房間的床單上和馬桶蓋上分別發現了一根頭髮（圖7+圖13），但是不影響入住。如果要是能加強一下衞生方面的細節處理工作就更好了。
整體來説，這次入住，我能給出非常高分的評價。富田酒店的整體都是可以令我放心的，而且價格也不算高，很多設施也都是同價位酒店裡麪越級的存在。如果以後還有機會，我還會再來。感謝富田酒店提供的高質量服務。 »

VVST10/10 score for this lovely hotel located in a peaceful suburb of Anshan. It's less than 10km to Anshan city centre. The surroundings are pleasant to walk around.
Thumbs up to the hotel staff. The hotel manager came to the railway station to meet us and sent us to the hotel for free. They helped us with our luggage and are so hospitable.
The hotel front desk staff as well as the kitchen staff are so friendly, making us feel so at ease during our stay here.
The staff also upgraded our room to a big and spacious family room.
The breakfast served is also sumptuous and sufficient for guests.
Their sister hotel is Raphael hotel near the railway station.
I would highly recommend this hotel as well as Raphael hotel.

(1) Etoiles : Confortable, juste sous les pieds de Millshan, à environ 13 kilomètres de la ville, l'hôtel est à côté d'un fleuve de la principale porte, il n'y a pas de bruit de nuit. L'hôtel et le bain chaud sont utilisés pour un salon public, au sommet du tabernacle, la lumière est très bonne, il y a des plantes tropicales réelles dans le hall, propre et propre, il y a des bars de livres, bars de neige, zones d'activité des enfants, etc., un bon sens de l'atmosphère. (2) Chambre : Nous sommes un triple voyage, une chambre double de maïs choisie, une zone de chambre suffisante, deux lits sont placés sur le maïs, le lit peut être agité en un grand lit, trois personnes ne dorment pas.
