« 國慶節期間想帶娃泡温泉，一千多一晚預訂了兩晚的親子房，結果春泉莊酒店的温泉中心從今年四月份起就已經停業，需要開車十分鐘到附近四公里遠的另外一個温泉酒店去泡温泉。攜程的預訂頁面沒有如實説明這個情況，依舊顯示該酒店有公共温泉等設施，辦理入住的時候前台也沒有告知，晚上七點多帶着娃穿着拖鞋浴袍，拿着温泉票在偌大的酒店找到快八點，找到已經停業很久的温泉中心才傻了眼，打電話到前台詢問方得知要到別的酒店去泡温泉，而且那個酒店的温泉九點就不能再進客，最後衹能作罷，回房間在陽台上那個不大的浴缸裏玩了一下水，浴缸小到一次衹能進去一個娃，兩個娃特別特別失望。且不説這個酒店裝修設施老舊，地點偏僻不方便（吃飯購物都要開車半個小時到市區），就無法就地泡温泉且不如實告知這一點，我就覺得號稱温泉酒店且要一千多一晚的房費真是相當不值。作為攜程鉑金會員，十幾年來評價都是非常寬容，但凡説得過去都是給予五分好評，唯獨這一次住的這個酒店有受騙上當之感。寫這麼多評論就當給其他客户避雷吧。 »

IInvitéLa position géographique est excellente, le transport est confortable et la rue de la cuisine est très pratique. La rue commerciale de New Street est près de l'hôtel, la dame de la réception est enthousiaste et enthousiaste, et la maison est très rapidement professionnelle! KKaixindeqiangzi赤壁駿怡酒店乾淨衞生，出門就是公交站，房間裏一塵不染，床單被罩透着清爽，衞生間也沒有絲毫異味，住着特別放心，床軟硬剛剛好，睡上去特別舒服。
服務更是沒話説，前台接待熱情又耐心，有需求響應特別快，全程體驗很舒服。沒有多餘花哨的東西，但核心的住宿體驗做得很紮實，性價比很高，推薦！

SSJackT設施：設施還是挺全的，房間是一個套間，家庭套房有沙發的一張大床的應該是辦理入住的時候還沒打掃出來，所以給了一間兩張大床房的套間，面積很大，很舒服。
衞生：衞生間也是乾濕分離的，面積很大，而且有窗户，通風。
環境：整個酒店環境也不錯，門口一點點路就是公交站，周邊吃的也不少。
服務：前台服務也很熱情。
