Nous sommes arrivés dans l'après-midi et avons été rapidement enregistrés. Nous avons été ravis de recevoir un surclassement gratuit et quelques cadeaux pour les enfants. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, bien entretenues et lumineuses. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac malgré la pluie. La salle de jeux pour enfants était très impressionnante. Le plus jeune, qui est venu nous voir tous les jours, a passé des heures à s'amuser. Le personnel était particulièrement gentil et serviable. Kate et Huan étaient très serviables. Ils étaient très sympathiques et se sont bien occupés de notre enfant. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient copieux. Il y avait des plats chinois et occidentaux, donc tout le monde était ravi. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Merci à tout le personnel pour ce séjour si agréable.

The resort is in a very nice location, right by the lakes. We booked a lake view French window for three nights, but we were upgraded to a lake view balcony room. The room was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee with excellent view from our balcony. The included breakfast was very nice. With lots of choices. We booked a lake cruise tour with the hotel which is a great choice because the hotel has a private dock for the boat to pick us up. We would choose this resort again.

J'ai vu un événement autour de Double 11 l'année dernière et j'ai acheté un coupon pour une chambre de luxe avec vue sur le jardin de 2 nuits pour moins de 700 yuans. Je pensais que c'était un hôtel relativement ordinaire, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'il en vaille vraiment la peine. C'est un hôtel de villégiature, très grand, juste dans la zone pittoresque du lac central, et il est très pratique à visiter. Un merci spécial à Mme Liu Xiutian, la responsable du hall, qui traite les gens avec douceur lors de l'enregistrement et du départ et se soucie des besoins des clients. Je pense que c'est le plus grand souhait d'hébergement pendant le voyage❤

La chambre est très calme, pas la salle de vue du lac ne se trouve pas sur la route, il y a une montagne devant, La porte est tirée à gauche entre le salle de bain et le lavabo. Faites attention à la porte lorsque vous fermez la porte dans le salle de bains, il y a des possibilités de mains.
