Nous sommes arrivés dans l'après-midi et avons été rapidement enregistrés. Nous avons été ravis de recevoir un surclassement gratuit et quelques cadeaux pour les enfants. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, bien entretenues et lumineuses. Nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac malgré la pluie. La salle de jeux pour enfants était très impressionnante. Le plus jeune, qui est venu nous voir tous les jours, a passé des heures à s'amuser. Le personnel était particulièrement gentil et serviable. Kate et Huan étaient très serviables. Ils étaient très sympathiques et se sont bien occupés de notre enfant. Le petit-déjeuner et le dîner étaient copieux. Il y avait des plats chinois et occidentaux, donc tout le monde était ravi. J'aimais la vue sur le lac de ma chambre, et recommande fortement des étages plus élevés. La salle de bain avec vue ouverte était également étonnante, les lits étaient doux et élégant. Mais je ne qualifierais pas cet hôtel de 5 étoiles. La décoration est assez vieille avec ses couleurs sombres, des tapis un peu enveloppés et des tapis très anciens dans le couloir. Il était très bruyant avec beaucoup de familles et leurs enfants. Le bâtiment 1 n'a que deux ascenseurs et vous finirez par attendre et être écrasé dans un ascenseur tout le temps. Le petit déjeuner était très étrange, car l'ascenseur vous emmène au parking de la base, donc vous devez passer les voitures si vous ne voulez pas marcher dehors. Plus important encore, je pense vraiment que le service de bureau frontal a besoin d'une grande amélioration; je comprends que personne ne parle anglais, nous pouvons utiliser des traducteurs, mais personne ne m'a bienvenue et m'a souhaité un bon séjour: mon Alipay et mon passeport n'ont qu'importé. J'ai eu de la chance avec Xio Qian (boy de la table frontale) qui a offert d'aider et de partager les informations sur les équipements et les voyages autour du lac. L'équipe de l'édifice 5 était décevante; Une piscine doit être partagée entre 4 autres bâtiments. Globalement, cet hôtel s'adapterait principalement aux familles et aux enfants, mais je ne le recommanderais pas à des expats uniques et ne le qualifierais certainement pas d'hôtel 5 étoiles.

Je pensais que c'était un hôtel relativement ordinaire, mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'il en vaille vraiment la peine. 這是一次非常棒的體驗，在湖光山色民宿入住了兩晚；因為帶着小狗出來玩，所以在選擇住宿時特別看了這家之前有別的小狗家庭選擇過，也有很滿意的體驗才來的；果然獲得了非常棒的回憶，入住時也有遇到同住的小勾勾們，大家都很禮貌沒有影響到別的旅客！這次來千島湖帶小狗體驗了漂流，扛着濕漉漉小狗回酒店，吃飯時（餐廳味道也很好😄）抱着試一試的心態想問老闆能不能借了院子的水管給小狗沖一下澡，沒想到老闆娘爽快答應，老闆幫着我們忙前忙後拖水管搬東西，還特意然後我們去後院洗擔心我們曬到太陽，超暖心超感謝，我們也有仔細的把院子儘可能的收拾好不添麻煩；現在越來越多狗爸狗媽都會想着帶毛孩子出來玩，但可以供我們住宿遊玩的地方還是有限，在有機會遇到這麼好的住宿環境下我們也願意花更多的心思去改善他人對養狗人的感觀。再次感謝老闆老闆娘的用心經營❤️
