L'attitude de service est également bonne et le prix est très talentueux pour plus de 100 pièces. Nous sommes arrivés à six heures du voyage en route. C'est déjà sombre. Nous avons tourné deux fois sur la route devant la porte pour la trouver, parce que les lumières de l'hôtel n'ont pas été ouvertes. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel, il est très vigilant. « 我們家庭出遊房間硬件設施需要完善，很多衣架沒有掛的地方，電視不能看，電話沒有需要的話還要跑去一層前台，前台小姐姐很熱情。衞生就差了些第一天晚上我們一家人10：45抵達酒店，入住後發現枕頭上有污漬想着很晚了就沒有反應，第二天早上第一時間就告知前台給換床品和枕頭，結果我們出去一整天晚上回來都沒有換，前台説客房經理會給解釋，結果等到我們退房都沒有等到解釋結果。 »

« Je suis venu à Hangzhou pour voyager, je regardais beaucoup d'hôtels voisins, je sentais que les niveaux étaient presque proches, donc j'ai choisi cette maison relativement proche de la gare et une boutique de portes plus pratique pour voyager
Il y a encore une surprise après l'hébergement. Tout d'abord, l'assainissement de la chambre est très satisfaisant. Bien qu'il soit une chambre spéciale et qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre, l'assainissement de la chambre, que ce soit une salle de bain ou un lit, n'est pas à la hauteur de ce prix
Deuxièmement, le service de la réception. Lorsque je suis en séjour, j'ai trouvé un problème avec une lumière dans la chambre. Je l'ai immédiatement changé. Lorsque je suis sorti, parce qu'il n'y a pas de moyen de revenir dehors pour m'aider à retarder. La sortie à 2 h peut encore être retardée. C'est vraiment très bien, même si je suis en retard de 5 minutes, Mais cette attitude mérite d'être louée.
Le troisième est qu'ils ont loué une bicyclette ici. Ils m'ont aussi fait pousser la voiture dans la chambre, et j'ai fait un bon voyage en Hangzhou un jour.
Enfin, je voudrais également faire quelques conseils à l'hôtel. Si vous pouvez faire un petit déjeuner, il y a de plus amples restaurants et salles de conférence, peut-être parce que les touristes sont moins nombreux maintenant. »
