« Convenient location. Great service with friendly staff who are eager to please. Nice breakfast. Free onsite laundry. They even offer free simple dinner but I did not get a chance to try. Overall a great chain hotel though the hardware start showing its age. I have stayed here three times and each I was a great experience. There are some higher end hotels in town but they are on the outskirts of the town. This is the best hotel in the town center. »

酒店的服務簡直無可挑剔。從前台辦理入住時就能感受到工作人員的熱情與專業，效率很高，還主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊遊玩攻略 。入住期間，客房服務響應迅速，有任何需求都能及時解決 。退房時，工作人員還貼心詢問入住體驗，幫忙叫車，細節之處盡顯温暖 。
衞生方面也讓人十分滿意。房間和公共區域都打掃得一塵不染，沒有任何異味 。床單、被套等都乾淨整潔，浴室地板和洗手枱光亮如新，每天都有專人仔細打掃，連角落都處理得很到位，住得特別安心 。
房間設施齊全且現代化。我入住的高級大床房，空間寬敞明亮，裝修簡約大氣，給人一種温馨舒適的感覺 。床墊軟硬適中，睡起來很舒服，空調等設備一應俱全 。浴室乾濕分離，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品品質也不錯 。而且酒店還配備了健身房和商務中心，很適合商務人士和健身愛好者 。
酒店的地理位置也十分優越。周邊交通便利，無論是去商場購物還是參觀景點都很方便 。樓下就有很多特色小吃店，品嚐當地美食超便捷 。
早餐也是一大亮點，種類豐富，食材新鮮，味道相當好 。現煮的麪條和煎蛋口感極佳，餐廳環境乾淨明亮，服務員態度熱情，用餐體驗非常愉快 。
總之，維也納酒店在各方面都表現得十分出色，完全超出了我的預期，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，強烈推薦給大家！
