« Good to visit again. I had stayed some years ago so this stay was sentimental. At that time, clearly the Friendship Hotel was the best accommodation available in the city. In most regards it certainly still is.
Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch.
Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here. I didn't really have an opportunity to try the sauna or massage services at all.
I will save my money and visit again someday. Xie xie. »

« staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived! however the hotel only allowed 2 free water bottles per room each day but on one of the days we didn’t get any new water, when we complained to the receptionist she said it was our word against the cleaning ladies so that was really annoying. i would stay again but would make sure to bring my own water. the breakfast was of good taste and variety however we couldn’t eat the fruit because it had gone brown »

Équipements : Super complet ! Un ensemble complet de maisons intelligentes et de toilettes thermostatiques intelligentes. Vous pouvez allumer et éteindre les lumières de la pièce, régler le climatiseur et ouvrir les rideaux pour appeler Xiaodu sans utiliser vos mains. Le soir de l'enregistrement, j'étais. tellement fatigué d'avoir fait marche arrière dans le train à grande vitesse que je me suis effondré et que je n'ai pas pu me lever. J'ai appelé Xiaodu pour qu'il éteigne les lumières et ouvre les rideaux. C'était vraiment pratique d'allumer la lumière et de mettre de la musique pour me réveiller le lendemain. matin, et je n'ai pas eu à craindre de trop dormir. J'ai allumé la lumière et le réveil a mis de la musique en même temps. Il y a aussi une buanderie ici, et tous les petits détails sont super. Les machines à laver et sèche-linge LG, les détergents à lessive et les kits de couture désinfectants sont très conviviaux pour les personnes qui voyagent sur de longues distances et sur plusieurs jours. de vêtements de rechange lorsque vous réservez ici, ce qui réduit le fardeau des bagages.
Hygiène : Vraiment propre ! Il n'y a pas de points morts pour l'hygiène. Tante viendra faire le ménage tous les jours pendant quelques jours. Elle est vraiment très méticuleuse. La tante est super gentille et joyeuse comme sa propre famille. Le premier jour de mon arrivée, j'ai bu jusqu'à 70 % de l'eau de la chambre d'un coup car c'était inconfortable de faire marche arrière, j'avais même prévu de sortir. une grande bouteille d'eau le lendemain, ma tante a vu que l'eau minérale avait atteint son niveau le plus bas, alors elle m'a apporté beaucoup de bouteilles d'eau et m'a demandé si c'était suffisant. J'ai ajusté mon emploi du temps et je me suis sentie sans énergie. matin, et je n'avais plus de café dans la chambre, alors ma tante m'a donné quelques paquets supplémentaires et les a mis là ! Vraiment prévenant !
Environnement : L'environnement général est très bon, le transport est pratique, c'est très proche du centre de test, c'est pratique de prendre un taxi, c'est également proche de la gare de Lei Feng et c'est pratique de retourner à Shenyang. Le petit-déjeuner au restaurant est très complet et très délicieux. Vous pouvez utiliser le Huazhu Club pour réserver le petit-déjeuner ici Lorsque j'ai réservé avec Ctrip, j'ai vu qu'il y avait un type de chambre avec petit-déjeuner inclus, c'était vraiment rentable de le réserver.
Service : Super sympa ! Vraiment, la dame de la réception est super sympa et très enthousiaste ! Tout comme ma sœur aînée, j'ai mal calculé la date à laquelle j'ai passé la commande et je l'ai divisée en deux commandes. Après l'enregistrement, j'ai dû ajouter une chambre horaire pour un départ tardif. La petite sœur m'a aidé avec le sourire tout au long du processus. ” J'ai demandé où se trouvait la buanderie. La sœur m'a emmené directement là-bas et m'a expliqué chaque détail patiemment et méticuleusement. C'était ma première fois à Fushun. J'ai posé toutes sortes de questions à la sœur de la réception, en reprenant le bus. à Shenyang, etc. Elle a été vraiment super patiente et a répondu point par point à mes questions ! J'aime tellement la sœur à la réception !
Il est fortement recommandé de passer des examens et de voyager ici à Fushun. Qu'il s'agisse d'installations matérielles ou de services et de soins humanistes, c'est la note maximale !

AAndrew PulestonThis seems to be a family-run hotel. It seems to be rhe only Trip.com identified accomodation in Yongling Zhen serving the Hetu alu historical park (great) and Qianlong Mausoleum (took a miss on due to time constraints).
Thought I had been assigned a second floor suite but it was right on the first floor. Some problems locking the door but it's a secure location.
Spotless stone tiles in washroom and throughout, room could be cool in winter. Very modern with washroom updates and accessories like toiletries and slippers
Owner was very helpful ie. advising where to eat and when restaurants in this small town close, as well as where to catch a bus back to Fushun - (just 120 m from hotel) Very helpful for a foreigner.🙂
Owner kindly led me stow my bag while I extended my visit to Hetu Ala to see a cultural performance - which began after check-out time.
A couple of small issues - I was told that the room price on trip.com is somewhat higher than locals are charged. Not a problem really. Room costs were still 60% less than hotels in cities.
Also - it's promoted as a ”Business hotel” but there is really no work desk, suitable light or a chair - just a wobbly plastic stool). Modest investments might take care of this.

UUtilisateur anonymeIl fait bon voyager pendant les vacances, l'environnement de l'hôtel est chaleureux et élégant, et la chambre n'est pas bruyante car elle ne donne pas sur la rue. Mais c'est un peu loin de la station de ski et n'est pas accessible à pied. Ce n'est pas grave si vous conduisez, vous pouvez y arriver en 5 minutes environ. J'ai emmené mes enfants skier et j'ai surclassé leurs billets pour Children's World à la réception. Après avoir joué pendant deux jours complets, mes enfants ont vraiment passé un très bon moment. Je le recommande vivement.
