« First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished. »

Ddavidsongjiye新酒店，裝修不錯，設備很新，房間乾淨衞生，老闆為了照顧我想要雙人床還為我們升級了房間。遺憾的是我晚上沒睡好，對門有一桌大媽開着門打麻將，老闆娘跟它們説了要關上門結果關了一會兒就打開了，一邊敲敲打打一邊大聲説話直到半夜12：33分才散夥，吵吵嚷嚷地走了，隔壁的人可能是看電視播放廣場舞音樂，估計電視機或者設備正好跟我們床頭一牆之隔，聲音可以直接傳到我的房間，夜深人靜時就覺得挺吵，直到11：37分有人敲門叫停，估計別的客人也受害投訴了，本以為到了半夜這一切都結束了可以好好睡覺，沒想到還有男人不時大聲説話，然後砰的一聲關門，還砰了過很多次，我有點懷疑是值夜班的工作人員所為，總之睡得很糟，希望酒店改善一下管理，硬件設施好是一個好的基礎，細節上問題的解決才真正考驗能不能留住客户的水平。

IInvité設施：房間該有的都有，但是使用起來就很讓人頭疼了，浴室下水管道有問題，洗個澡（十分鐘不到），在浴室門關好的情況下，水全部漫出浴室外的地板上了，到處都是水很煩人
服務：出門時特意跟前台反映了，前台説會讓師傅去檢修，特意説明如果有問題或者是問題不能及時修好麻煩給我換一個房間！結果晚上回來家人去洗澡，一樣漏水，根本就沒有解決！
説帶了小朋友想加一床被子，第一個晚上前台男士給我報了一床被子來，是乾淨的沒有異味，服務這一欄唯一的一顆星是給他的，第二天找服務員要被子時，要我找領班，領班大姐態度極其不好，找來找去找了一床未套好床單的臟被子（一股濃濃的腳臭味，我非常有理由懷疑這被子是酒店走廊角落換下來的臟被子且未套被套，非常過分了），第三天回到房間，衞生沒有打掃，詢問保潔，説要跟前台説，默認續住的房間酒店不打掃衞生這是什麼邏輯？大幾百的房費是用來給你們偷懶的？還有，兩間房住了三晚，住宿體驗非常的差啊，頭一次給酒店差評啊，這房價比國際大酒店也差不了多少啊，圖個離親戚家近在這連住幾晚，真太讓我失望了！希望酒店管理人員能看到這條評價，非常的差啊！
