« Oui, la chambre est grande. C'est une fenêtre un peu petite, pas de fenêtres. Le lieu est très bon à trouver, et très proche de la zone de scène. C'est un peu loin de manger. Mais le service n'est pas très bon. J'ai décidé deux jours séparés, la petite piste n'est pas en mesure de trouver une commande. J'ai appelé deux fois plus de 14 heures pour dire que nous ne sommes pas en retard. Je suis revenu de la zone de scène et affecte l'humeur du voyage. »

Cet hôtel est dans la meilleure position près de Nanhu, où la plupart des vues sont à pied ou très proche. Il offre des marches belles et relaxantes tout au long du lac. Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner est magnifique et le repas est excellent. Nous aimons juste cet hôtel et nous reviendrons. Si vous envisagez de visiter Jiaxing, ce sera le meilleur hôtel à Nanhu. Jiaxing est tout simplement absolument calme et beau. Nous avons pris des tas de belles photos et si chanceux d'être au Jiaxing Nanhu Resort Hotel. »

« I was told by several locals this is the best hotel to stay at in Jiaxing and it did not disappoint. The location is prime, right next to the major attractions, with several shops nearby. I even got a haircut nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though I barely speak any Chinese. The room was very clean, spacious, and all amenities were included. The breakfast was a buffet both western and Chinese style so I was able to have my usual eggs, bacon and toast. If I’m in Jiaxing again, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! »

« We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon. »
