« Had a comfortable stay at this hotel! It is well situated at a convenient location with a 15mins stroll to the nearby mall. Facilities were well equipped, room was clean and breakfast was ample. We were also given a free room upgrade, which the room exceed our expectations with large windows and spacious area. The room was very clean and modern. Hotel is located near the airport and to some attractions. I honestly can not find anything to complain about this hotel. Value for money. We will definitely choose to stay at the hamptons again. »

WWillson LThis is a newly opened hotel in Quanzhou/Jinjiang. The location is convenient for visits to west street, wudianshi. It is also near shopping malls typically would take around 10-15min by taxi.
Staff at the front desk and around the hotel are professional and friendly. There is also a robot that helped deliver replenishments and food.
There is also a self service laundry room which is great for washing your clothes. The staff even offered to help to send clothes after drying to our room. I.e. you need to no wait at room for collection.
Rooms are located at high floors in general starting from level 16. Space is decent compared to other hotels. There was slight renovation smell in the room given the hotel is new but was not too bad. A small suggestion to the hotel: please offer body lotion as it is a common service in most hotels.
Overall, a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend choosing this hotel when you travel to Quanzhou/Jinjiang.

IInvitéI’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.

Cette maison de famille accueilli par un beau couple et leurs deux enfants offre une expérience réelle et accueillante.
La chambre d'hôtes est une partie rénovée de la vieille maison: propre, confortable et équipée de tous les éléments essentiels.
Outre l'architecture nostalgique, ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment spécial est la salle de thé. Les invités sont chaleureusement invités à s'asseoir, à se reposer et à discuter non seulement sur le thé, mais aussi sur la culture, les histoires et la vie quotidienne.
Même en tant qu'étranger avec seulement des compétences chinoises de base, je me sentais tout à fait facile de passer du temps dans la salle de thé, d'échanger des idées avec l'hôte.
C'est la première fois que je suis resté dans une maison de thé, et ça m'a laissé avec de belles mémoires.

Dans la chambre, le mini-bar est vide, même la télécommande de la TV est en chinois. La toilette (dernier cri) est électrique mais sans mode d'emploi ...
Bref, si vous n'êtes pas chinois, cet hôtel est à éviter !

IInvitéDe mon expérience dans 4 hébergements différents dans la région de Jinjiang/Quanzhou, j’ai appris que la propreté (ou plutôt, le manque de propreté) de cet hôtel est typique de cette région dans cette gamme de prix. Je ne veux donc pas que cela paraisse pire qu’il ne le mérite.
Cela dit, la première chose que j’ai vue en entrant dans la chambre était un enchevêtrement de cheveux dégoûtant sur le sol. J’ai envoyé un message WeChat à la personne qui s’en occupait et, à leur crédit, ils se sont excusés et ont envoyé quelqu’un pour le nettoyer, ce qu’ils ont fait (j’étais absent à ce moment-là). À mon retour, cependant, j’ai été déçu de constater que même si cet enchevêtrement de cheveux avait été nettoyé, le reste du sol était encore recouvert de poussière et je ne sais quoi d’autre. J’ai fini par voir un balai et une pelle à poussière dans le couloir contre une autre porte, et j’ai décidé de les emprunter brièvement et de balayer rapidement mon propre sol pour ne pas avoir l’impression que c’était dégoûtant. Après cela, tout allait bien.
De plus, il y avait une sorte d’odeur désagréable et humide provenant de la salle de bain, qui, je crois, vient du drain. Les toilettes sont du genre où vous n’êtes pas censé jeter le papier toilette (au lieu de le mettre dans la poubelle à côté des toilettes), il est donc également possible que l’odeur soit le résultat de ce système après le séjour de l’occupant précédent. Il y a un problème d’eau dans la salle de bain, de sorte que lorsque vous prenez une douche, l’eau finit par stagner dans une sorte de flaque sur le sol près du lavabo, il est donc difficile pour la salle de bain d’être complètement sèche, ce qui ajoute sans aucun doute à la difficulté de garder la salle de bain fraîche.
La chambre elle-même était grande et comprenait une machine à laver, ce qui était très utile ! Il y avait un petit coin cuisine et une bouilloire et tout. Des bouteilles d’eau étaient fournies tous les jours. Le lit était confortable et propre.
Il y avait un canapé et une table basse, et une autre sorte de siège inclinable près de la fenêtre. Malheureusement, la table basse avait l’air sale (une sorte de résidu collant dessus) à cause du dernier occupant, donc je ne voulais rien poser dessus.
L'emplacement est juste à côté de l'aéroport de Jinjiang, ce qui est bien sûr pratique pour arriver ou partir en avion. L'enregistrement s'est fait via WeChat - je leur ai juste dit que j'étais arrivé et ils m'ont envoyé un code pour la porte. Il n'y avait personne à la réception quand je suis arrivé, mais je ne peux pas dire avec certitude qu'il n'y a jamais personne. Peut-être que si j'avais attendu plus longtemps, quelqu'un serait venu, je ne sais pas.
Malgré tous les commentaires négatifs que j'ai eus ci-dessus, je veux répéter ce que j'ai dit au début - ce niveau de propreté est apparemment assez normal pour cette gamme de prix dans ce quartier. Je pense toujours que davantage d'efforts pourraient et devraient être faits pour en faire un espace plus propre et plus accueillant pour les clients, et des choses comme le problème d'eau stagnante dans la salle de bain devraient être résolues pour empêcher la croissance de moisissures et autres, mais il est également possible que je doive simplement m'en remettre et dépenser plus d'argent pour une meilleure chambre d'hôtel si je pense que mon niveau de propreté est si important.
