Il y a beaucoup de places de parking et de nombreuses bornes de recharge. L'enregistrement s'effectue au premier étage. Le restaurant, la salle de conférence, la salle de sport et d'autres installations se trouvent au cinquième étage. Les sixième et septième étages sont tous des chambres. Les chambres sont très propres et pas froides en hiver. C'est très important pour les nordistes en voyage d'affaires dans le sud, sinon ils ne dormiront pas bien s'il fait froid. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et a bon goût. Il y a une rue de restauration à la porte de l'hôtel et le marché nocturne est très animé.
