« 路過吉安，計劃遊燕坊古村，選了伯爵文山酒店，到了一看是掛牌的五星。一下車保安就幫忙要拿行李，到大堂登記，服務員就先遞上熱毛巾，很熱情地辦理入住手續，登記完保安又熱情地要幫忙拿行李送到電梯口，真是感覺賓至如歸。酒店位於贛江邊，門口對面有個小公園，後面是小區，環境很好，睡覺安靜，早餐有江西特色，晚上9點多了服務員還在走廊裏打掃衞生，好敬業。是一家性價比較高的酒店。 »

« 衞生還是可以的，但是房間佈局和圖片上也完全不一樣，訂的一個商務大床，説有辦公桌但是給了一個圓桌，一點都不好辦公，而且桌子邊上也沒有插座，連接不了筆記本，還是我自己搬了桌子到插排附近。而且房間內有很多燈還是壞的，插座外殼都脱落了！最不能接受的就是隔音一點都不好，房間在二樓，窗户全關上了，樓下有路人路過講話的聲音都聽得一清二楚，而且馬路上車子來來往往的聲音也是吵的我無法入睡！退房那天電梯不知道為什麼還壞了，不能下一樓，也沒有貼什麼公告標簽，還是走消防通道下去一樓的 »
