« 先説優點 酒店很新 環境和服務都還不錯 房間很大也跟乾淨 很喜歡那個床墊 還有有趣的紅棗紙巾盒 再説説缺點 首先馬桶不是智能的但可以接受 衹是沖水聲太大了 還有洗澡的噴淋衹有手持且水壓不太夠 最後就是如果睡覺對光敏感的人 要注意他家的遮光窗簾離地面有2cm的距離 早上有光照進來 我倒是無所謂 總體來説還是很滿意的 下次可以定 »

到店後工作人員問我您有預訂嗎？“有”稍等，一會兒工作人員問雙床房，“不對”，“我訂的是大床房”，哦，那看一下您手機上的訂單。“沒問題”，您訂的是大床房，難道我訂的什麼房自己不知道嗎？你們當時接收訂單的時候不看就安排房嗎？前台又問如果您在店裡訂房再加13元就可以升級商務，我就住一晚高級就可以了，如果想住商務我就訂了。辦理入住按着訂單給客人開放就可以了，如果客人有需求自己會告知的！
從今日酒店大堂到辦理完入住，沒有問過您需要水嗎或者給客人倒杯水（這是最基本的進門服務吧）
到了房間發現在訂單上的歡迎水果沒有，家人説等等稍後會送的，可結果是我退房水果也沒有（我不是非得要吃那個水果，而是我該得到的服務沒有，店家該給的服務沒有）。
早餐還可以，雖然不是很豐富但基本的都有，房間的衞生也還好。
優點：洗衣房裡給客人準備了裝乾淨衣服的袋子，還有一次性的洗衣液和消毒液，這點很温馨！給客人提供了方便！
房間裏洗手枱上面的兩個小隔板很不錯，這樣客人自己的化粧品之類的小物品就有地方放了，不用放在枱面上，避免了有水弄濕。
飲用水給的很充足，避免客人在跟前台要了！

再説服務，從前台辦理入住開始就感受到熱情，笑容真誠，説話温柔，有問必答。最可愛的是機器人送物，點了外賣直接由機器人送到房間門口，開門看到它萌萌的樣子，瞬間被治癒了，這種無接觸配送既方便又安心。

IInvitéLe voyage a été fait ici pour rester ici. Je ne pensais pas que le service était bon. La dame de la réception était chaude à la tasse d'eau chaude. Il a rappelé qu'il était très chaud de ne pas y arriver. Cette action était vraiment chaude. La disposition de la chambre était également raisonnable. La taille de l'espace était juste bonne, pas grand-chose, Une personne ne vit pas non plus vide, l'environnement est très chaud, il est chaud, oh, c'est très pratique de parking.
