« 設施真的一言難盡，是全屋智能，床頭2個屏，洗手間1個屏，小度1個屏，整晚亮着，根本沒法關（小度可以拔電源）。衞生間淋浴間的燈是感應的，衹要人走過肯定亮，晚上去洗手間真是遭罪，衹能通過小度關，但大家都睡了，你叫小度關燈不怕吵醒人嗎。另外洗澡洗着洗着燈會滅。被子太厚，床墊過厚，小孩根本沒睡好，老踢被子。相比祿豐其它酒店，這家不便宜了，但就這種設備，無語。另外恐龍谷真的是太浪費這個資源了，園區給人一種年久失修的感覺，展櫃蛛網厚的呀，設備爛的也沒維護，其它的也是。。。大老遠跑過來挺失望的。 »

UUtilisateur anonymeSituée sur la rue principale, près de la rivière Longchuan, la maison d'hôtes est accessible par un train lent depuis la gare de Kunming (arrivée vers 8h). De là, on peut prendre une calèche ou un taxi pour se rendre au marché paysan de la vieille ville, plus proche de la maison d'hôtes que l'entrée du village. Le trajet en calèche ou en taxi coûte 5 yuans pour environ 3 kilomètres. J'ai opté pour la calèche, l'idée me paraissant originale. J'avais initialement réservé une chambre double, mais elle n'était pas encore prête. J'ai donc changé pour une chambre tatami le temps d'explorer les environs. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, climatisée et, chose surprenante, équipée de rideaux automatiques. L'eau chaude était abondante et agréable, et la literie impeccable. J'y ai passé deux nuits pendant les vacances du 1er mai. Outre la maison d'hôtes, le propriétaire tient également un restaurant et vend du sel et du vinaigre de poire. Deux banquets ont eu lieu pendant les vacances, ce qui a engendré un peu de bruit, mais sinon, tout était parfait. Le soir, se promener pour admirer la vue nocturne et faire un barbecue au bord de la rivière fut une expérience formidable !

MM36417****本來各項服務都挺好，今天早上一個大客車把我車門堵上了，上不去下不來，和傍邊的大客車司機交涉一下，人家説是保安安排停在這裏的，説我們的車本來就不應該停在這裏，我就説這地方是昨天晚上保安安排在這停的，大巴車司機態度相當惡劣，跟我説，懶着跟我理論，我沒辦法各種爬，才把車上的鑰匙拿下來，沒辦法我就去找保安説明情況，保安更誇張，跟我説那是昨晚的保安的事他根本不知道 現在就讓我換地方停，昨晚不是他的班，他不知道，本來挺好的心情帶孩子出來玩，讓這些人搞得一團糟，我實在是無語😓這服務是不是應該提高一下

PpeyTrès proche de l'aéroport et nous prenez gratuitement à l'aéroport. À la soeur m'aidera à me rendre la bagage, il y aura des questions qui me répondront, trop satisfait et très aimable. L'environnement est également très bon. Je préfère particulièrement le petit bureau à côté de la fenêtre, très inconfortable.

節假日300+的房費，性價比着實一般，理由如下：
1.房間已經有點年頭了，設施和衞生一般，電梯很狹小。
2.有幾個室內泡池，不大，人稍多就有點擁擠。小童戲水池，第一天到的時候沒開，第二天開了。游泳池倒是有很多小朋友在玩。很多網上可以見到的亭子泡池在七樓樓頂，需要另外付錢，100到200放一池水。所以，這趟衹泡了房間裏的泡池，泡完身上不滑溜，不知道是不是温泉水。
3.中餐晚餐沒吃過，不過早餐實在一般，一半的餐盤空着沒有東西，開餐時間衹有一個小時，8點到9點，8點十幾分到的時候，滿屋子都是人，吃的也很基本普通。
4.整個羅茨鎮還處於初級開發階段，加上年代久遠，所以一般的酒店都不盡如人意，新開那家有泉眼的可能還行，不過沒有了解價格。鎮上的環境衞生也一般，餐廳小吃的環境都很普通。大馬路上還不斷的有巨型貨車通過，聲音非常響，會車時極其嚇人。
