Je suis satisfait du surclassement d'une chambre double standard, mais je dois payer 10 yuans pour la climatisation (la chambre simple supérieure que j'ai commandée comprend la climatisation). Je voyage plus de 10 jours et je ne me soucie pas des 10 yuans, mais je ne devrais pas payer si je ne le dois pas. J'ai contacté le service client de Ctrip, et le service client l'a résolu très rapidement et parfaitement. J'ai promis à Ctrip de payer 10 yuans, qui sont déjà arrivés sur le compte aujourd'hui, ce qui me rend très satisfait. Heureusement, tout le monde était amical dans le processus de communication avec le patron. Le patron pourrait aider à résoudre tous les problèmes.
