« 來歐樂堡玩入住兩晚，怎麼説呢，整體酒店設施都是五星級的配置，就是設定真是太老舊了，衞生不咋滴，被褥各種住客頭髮，馬桶不用力按住不沖水，吹風機把手壞的需要手扶…温泉烏漆麻黑一片不説，水温沒有一個符合温泉熱度的，還不如浴缸泡。更可怕的，打開手電筒一看水裡嚇一跳，全是各種泥兒飄着！我真！彈跳起飛的節奏都有了…時間也不合理，温泉八點結束，吃飯八點半，小童城八點半，後來理解了，進去温泉超不了一小時就想走，就趕上飯了，飯也就那樣，快餐式自助肯定能快速吃就趕上小童城了！…

Mm02406521Le service de cet hôtel, je me sens vraiment l'idée de ”clients supérieurs”! Quand j'étais en séjour, je n'arrivais qu'à deux heures du matin, je pensais que le personnel serait impatient. Je ne pensais pas que la réception restait enthousiaste. Je me suis rapidement occupé de l'hébergement et m'a dit en profondeur que l'hôtel m'a spécialement mis à jour la chambre en raison du retard, Laissez-moi vous expérimenter. Tout au long de mon séjour, j'ai trouvé que l'eau de bain dans la chambre était presque terminée, j'ai appelé la réception, j'ai été envoyée immédiatement, avec une attention particulière. Le service du petit-déjeuner est également excellent. Le serveur nettoiera le bureau en temps utile, remplacera les ustensiles, verra les invités se heurter à des problèmes lors de la nourriture, comme l'incapacité d'ouvrir le conditionnement, et prendra l'initiative d'aider. Les installations de la chambre sont nouvelles, l'isolement sonore est bon, il n'y a pas de bruit perturbé par le monde extérieur, les lits sont doux et confortables, les gens sont bien couchés toute la nuit, cet hôtel est vraiment digne d'expérience de tout le monde!

MM51716****終於拔草了長頸鹿莊園酒店，住進了夢中情房，大滑梯太過癮了。
從濟南西站出發，打車到酒店在動物王國大門口的遊客接待中心下車，一共不到半小時的時間，然後被好幾位工作人員熱情地團團包圍，不到十分鐘的時間，入住手續辦好，挑好了晚上演出的座位，行李箱也被掛好行李牌準備送到酒店，地圖和護照在手，我們去停車場選了心水的長頸鹿小車車，立刻馬上開始了愉快的動物王國旅程啦。
酒店分為四個區域，A區長頸鹿客房區，不論是公共區域還是客房內，舉架都特別高，據我觀察，天氣好的時候應該是所有客房都能看到長頸鹿散步，但是如果想在房間投喂長頸鹿就建議選一樓或者二樓的房間。前台小管家超讚，有求必應，第二天早上看到下雨還幫忙把小車車座位擦乾淨。房間內送小零食和飲料，送洗漱包，酒店還送早晚餐，都在C區的綠葉子餐廳，餐廳也可以看到和投喂長頸鹿，天氣條件不好的話可以去餐廳旁邊的非洲部落投喂長頸鹿，餐廳會送長頸鹿愛吃的葉子。
酒店贈送的護照和任務卡都完成的話還會加送小禮物，小車車可以免費開兩天，工作人員特別熱情，就是一個週末太短了，沒玩夠，下次一定再來哈！

IInvité剛入住酒店的時候，服務人員就非常熱情接待我們。看着我們是晚上到的，還給我們放了歡迎小時。還有前台做的冰粉粉非常的可口。我們是一家三口，沒有買孩子的早餐，前台贈送了孩子的早餐。早餐很豐盛，休息的挺好，隔音還可以。停車場很大，免費停車。停車場內有充電樁。不用跑到別的地方去充電，非常滿意的一次入住

Les installations sont complètes, le petit déjeuner, le supermarché, l'hôtel, la pharmacie, la chambre est très propre et sanitaire. Enfin, c'est un hôtel très bon rapport qualité-prix qui vient de choisir ici la prochaine fois.
