« Je prends souvent des vols très tôt le matin, donc je loge fréquemment dans des hôtels de terminal. C'était probablement ma quatrième fois au Parkroyal. Je suis déjà préparé et j'accepte le bruit ambiant des hôtels de terminal. Les fois précédentes au Parkroyal, j'avais laissé de bonnes critiques, mais cette fois-ci, c'était vraiment horrible. Toute la nuit, il y a eu un bruit ressemblant à une alarme, avec des variations de volume qui me sont entrées dans le cerveau. Si j'avais eu un cœur un peu fragile, j'aurais fini à l'hôpital. Résultat : je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit et à six heures, je me suis levé pour aller à l'aéroport. Je le répète, après avoir séjourné dans tant d'hôtels, c'est la première fois que je donne une mauvaise note. »

« C'est ma première critique après avoir voyagé à Qingdaon Road à la fin du mois de mars. J'avais prévu de rester 3 nuits et 4 jours, mais à cause de problèmes de visa, je ne pouvais pas quitter le pays le même jour, j'ai donc recontacté l'hôtel et ils m'ont traité très gentiment. Lorsque nous avons annulé et reporté notre réservation, ils ont surclassé la chambre et nous ont donné une chambre, et ils ont toujours eu une bonne attitude. J'avais peur qu'il pleuve à Qingdao le 25 mars, le premier jour où j'avais prévu de voyager, mais cela aurait pu être une bonne chose. Quand je suis arrivé le 26, le temps était très ensoleillé et la lumière du soleil était chaude, ce qui était bien. Ma réservation d'hôtel était à 14 heures, alors j'ai quitté l'hôtel et je suis d'abord allé dans un endroit voisin. C'est dommage que je n'aie pas pris de photos de l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Je veux vraiment prendre une photo la prochaine fois que j'y vais. Le personnel était très brillant et sympathique. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la jetée et à la cathédrale, et il était très facile de se rendre au centre de la ville, comme la Place du 4 Mai, en métro... Il y a tellement d'endroits où aller que je pense que j'y retournerai la prochaine fois haha. »

« Ayant prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit, après deux premières nuits où l'expérience n'était pas exceptionnelle mais acceptable, je dois dire que le personnel qui m'a aidé à changer de chambre et m'a apporté des fruits était très agréable. Cependant, lors de mon enregistrement la première nuit, je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'être chaleureusement accueilli par la réceptionniste (ce n'est, bien sûr, que mon avis personnel). C'était probablement la même personne qui est venue me demander un avis lors du départ. Occupé à régler des affaires, je lui ai répondu que je le ferais plus tard, et son sourire a instantanément viré à l'impatience. Si l'on communique sincèrement avec les clients, personne ne peut s'y tromper. Et inversement. La grande et mince employée du buffet du petit-déjeuner était excellente, très diligente et responsable dans son travail ; il suffisait de l'observer pour voir son sérieux, sans même avoir besoin de lui parler. « Ayant vu les critiques négatives sur Qingxiang Court sur une plateforme de voyage, j'ai résolument réservé au Shengshe Court. En arrivant dans le hall principal, j'ai vu une longue file pour le check-in. En demandant, j'ai découvert que le Shengshe Court avait son propre hall d'accueil, et qu'il n'y avait pas de file d'attente à ce moment-là. La chambre était très spacieuse, et dès que j'y suis entré, une atmosphère de luxe m'a enveloppé. Au premier coup d'œil, la vue depuis la fenêtre était sur un groupe d'immeubles imposants, ce qui m'a déçu. Mais en m'approchant, j'ai eu la bonne surprise de découvrir un bout de mer turquoise et de ciel bleu entre les bâtiments. Les équipements de la chambre étaient complets et bien entretenus, et la literie était douce et confortable. Le personnel de la réception et le service d'étage étaient tous deux satisfaisants. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offrait une grande variété de choix. La sélection de fromages était particulièrement impressionnante, chose rare dans les hôtels cinq étoiles ordinaires. « Lors de ce voyage à Qingdao, je souhaitais choisir un hôtel unique et pittoresque qui sorte de l'ordinaire. L'hôtel Furunli Shiyu a attiré mon attention, avec son design époustouflant et son magnifique jardin qui crée une atmosphère chaleureuse. L'hôtel est situé dans l'ouest de Qingdao, non loin du front de mer. Le quartier regorge de restaurants et de boutiques. En descendant la rue piétonne vers le sud, on arrive directement au quai, et légèrement à l'est se trouve l'église catholique. Les transports sont également très pratiques, la station de métro étant à seulement cinq minutes à pied. L'accueil à la réception était chaleureux et serviable, et le hall d'entrée était agréablement frais. Les couloirs ouverts et les nombreux escaliers facilitaient grandement l'accès aux chambres. Se réveiller le matin, ouvrir la porte et respirer l'air frais était un vrai bonheur. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes, mais ce n'est pas un problème, et elles sont confortables. Les équipements sont complets et la propreté est impeccable. Le seul inconvénient est que les fenêtres sont un peu petites, il faudra donc peut-être allumer la lumière en journée. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un hôtel d’un très bon rapport qualité/prix et je choisirai certainement celui-ci lors de ma prochaine visite à Qingdao. »

It's amazing that the rooms provided at such a price are quite large, yet practical. Our family of five arrived late (past one o’clock in the morning) by plane. Thanks to the front desk guy who took us from the parking lot to the hotel. Otherwise, with kids, 4 luggages, raining heavily, midnight, one could imagine how disastrous would be without the help from the hotel front desk! The breakfast is also very rich, and the service is also very good. I’m not sure if this is due to the friendly personality of Qingdao people or just Atour staff, people I met when I touched down from Qingdao airport to convenient storekeeper to driver, I found that people here are very easy-going. For this reason, I am looking forward to this trip at Qingdao. 😊

Mon épouse et moi avons récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Hampton by Hilton de Qingdao et nous avons été tellement enchantés que nous souhaitions partager notre expérience. Cet hôtel se distingue véritablement pour toutes les bonnes raisons et nous a offert une escapade confortable, pratique et vraiment agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par la propreté impeccable de l'ensemble de l'établissement. Le hall était lumineux et accueillant, les couloirs impeccables et notre chambre était irréprochable. Il est évident que l'équipe d'entretien est très fière de son travail, ce qui a rendu notre séjour à la fois sûr et luxueux. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale. Chaque membre du personnel que nous avons rencontré, de la réception à la salle à manger, était incroyablement aimable, professionnel et serviable. Ils nous ont accueillis avec des sourires sincères, étaient toujours prêts à nous donner des conseils sur les environs et se sont mis en quatre pour s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. Leur attitude positive a vraiment donné le ton à tout notre voyage. Et maintenant, parlons du petit-déjeuner : il était excellent ! Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels où le petit-déjeuner inclus semblait négligé, mais pas ici. Le choix était fantastique : gaufres, œufs brouillés, fruits frais, viennoiseries et yaourts sains. Le café était toujours frais et bien chaud, et une belle sélection de thés et de jus de fruits frais nous permettait de bien commencer la journée. Quel plaisir de débuter une journée d'exploration par un petit-déjeuner aussi copieux et délicieux ! Ce qui nous a vraiment convaincus, c'est l'excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le prix était très raisonnable, surtout comparé à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie où nous avons séjourné à Qingdao. On en a vraiment pour son argent : l'excellent petit-déjeuner, les chambres modernes et propres, et le service impeccable en font un choix exceptionnel. L'emplacement était un autre atout majeur. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près du métro, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements en ville sans voiture. De plus, le quartier est animé et plein de vie ! Nous avons adoré pouvoir sortir et trouver d'excellents restaurants, cafés et boutiques à quelques pas. On se sentait vraiment au cœur de l'animation. Enfin, étant non-fumeurs, nous avons particulièrement apprécié que l'hôtel soit entièrement non-fumeur, chambres comprises. Cela a rendu l'atmosphère d'autant plus agréable. En résumé, notre séjour au Hampton by Hilton de Qingdao a été quasiment parfait. L'hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix, alliant propreté, service exceptionnel, délicieux petit-déjeuner et emplacement idéal. Nous n'hésiterions pas à y retourner et le recommanderons à tous nos proches. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

We stayed at this hotel during a private trip - the overall experience was excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious and airy, with brand-new, user-friendly facilities and the soundproofing was also effective, ensuring an undisturbed sleep. The staff at all stations was great, but I would point out the two ladies at the reception desk who served us very professionally and courteously: Diane and Lydia who not only handle the check-in very smoothly but also went out of their way to help us arranging transportation for the evening to the beach! The location is convenient for getting around if you have a car or want to book a Didi, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making dining and shopping a breeze. The price was reasonable and the overall experience was excellent; I’ll definitely choose this hotel again the next time I’m on a trip to the West Coast.

J'ai passé un week-end ici, l'expérience globale était super! Mon appartement habité est inébranlable et assis sur 42 niveaux et survolé un paysage marin fascinant. Le paysage marin s'est réveillé chaque matin, c'est la plus grande surprise de mon séjour. La chambre est large et confortable, et la vague est très confortable après la journée. L'hôtel dispose d'une installation complète et un niveau de service de première classe. Le personnel est enthousiaste et professionnel. Je suis heureux que le voyage ait choisi cet hôtel. Le Westin Qingdao a véritablement dépassé mes attentes ! Son emplacement est exceptionnel, juste à côté de la place du 4 mai sur Hong Kong Middle Road, avec une station de métro au pied de l'hôtel. La plage et le centre commercial MixC sont facilement accessibles à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses et impeccables, la literie confortable et la vue depuis les étages supérieurs est à couper le souffle, offrant un panorama exceptionnel sur la ville et la mer. L'accueil de Kimi était chaleureux et professionnel ; un grand merci à elle pour son attention irréprochable, de l'arrivée au service en chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, et la piscine et la salle de sport sont excellentes. Idéal pour les voyages d'affaires comme pour les séjours de loisirs, je le recommande vivement !

Mon récent séjour au Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel, dans une chambre Deluxe Queen, a été une expérience très positive et complète, idéale pour les voyageurs recherchant praticité, confort et efficacité à proximité de l'aéroport. L'un des atouts majeurs de l'hôtel est son emplacement. Situé à proximité de l'aéroport international de Qingdao Jiaodong, il est parfait pour les passagers en transit ou ceux ayant des départs matinaux ou des arrivées tardives. La correspondance s'est faite sans encombre et la proximité a considérablement réduit le stress lié au voyage. La chambre Deluxe Queen était spacieuse, moderne et bien agencée. Le lit était confortable et la chambre bien entretenue, avec des draps propres, une salle de bain impeccable et des équipements suffisants. L'agencement était fonctionnel sans être luxueux, mais offrait tout ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel d'aéroport de cette catégorie. L'insonorisation était satisfaisante ; malgré la proximité de l'aéroport, le niveau sonore était minimal et n'a pas perturbé le repos. Le service a été professionnel et efficace tout au long du séjour, avec une attention particulière portée aux moindres détails. Le responsable de service, Ali, m'a particulièrement impressionné par son hospitalité proactive. En guise de bienvenue, il m'a personnellement apporté une sélection de boissons non alcoolisées locales du Shandong et de Qingdao dans ma chambre, une attention délicate et respectueuse des traditions culturelles. Ce petit geste a rendu mon séjour plus agréable et a témoigné d'un véritable souci du détail, allant bien au-delà des attentes habituelles. Les installations semblaient complètes, même si mon séjour fut bref et principalement axé sur le repos plutôt que sur la découverte de toutes les prestations. Le hall et les espaces communs étaient soignés, offrant une première impression de calme et d'organisation. Les options de restauration étaient pratiques et, sans être exceptionnelles, satisfaisantes en termes de qualité et de variété pour un court séjour. En termes de rapport qualité-prix, l'hôtel est excellent. Il offre fiabilité, propreté et confort sans superflu. Pour les voyageurs privilégiant la praticité, la commodité et une bonne nuit de sommeil avant ou après un vol, c'est un choix judicieux. En résumé, le Grand Barony Qingdao Airport Hotel offre un équilibre parfait entre efficacité, confort et accessibilité. We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

We originally only booked for two nights. Feeling very comfortable staying, we extended our stay for one more day. Especially Amy Li Tong at the front desk was very considerate and took good care of us, making the entire journey more comfortable and pleasant.
