« Je prends souvent des vols très tôt le matin, donc je loge fréquemment dans des hôtels de terminal. C'était probablement ma quatrième fois au Parkroyal. Je suis déjà préparé et j'accepte le bruit ambiant des hôtels de terminal. Les fois précédentes au Parkroyal, j'avais laissé de bonnes critiques, mais cette fois-ci, c'était vraiment horrible. Toute la nuit, il y a eu un bruit ressemblant à une alarme, avec des variations de volume qui me sont entrées dans le cerveau. Si j'avais eu un cœur un peu fragile, j'aurais fini à l'hôpital. Résultat : je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit et à six heures, je me suis levé pour aller à l'aéroport. Je le répète, après avoir séjourné dans tant d'hôtels, c'est la première fois que je donne une mauvaise note. »

J'avais prévu de rester 3 nuits et 4 jours, mais à cause de problèmes de visa, je ne pouvais pas quitter le pays le même jour, j'ai donc recontacté l'hôtel et ils m'ont traité très gentiment. Lorsque nous avons annulé et reporté notre réservation, ils ont surclassé la chambre et nous ont donné une chambre, et ils ont toujours eu une bonne attitude. J'avais peur qu'il pleuve à Qingdao le 25 mars, le premier jour où j'avais prévu de voyager, mais cela aurait pu être une bonne chose. Quand je suis arrivé le 26, le temps était très ensoleillé et la lumière du soleil était chaude, ce qui était bien. Ma réservation d'hôtel était à 14 heures, alors j'ai quitté l'hôtel et je suis d'abord allé dans un endroit voisin. C'est dommage que je n'aie pas pris de photos de l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Je veux vraiment prendre une photo la prochaine fois que j'y vais. Le personnel était très brillant et sympathique. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la jetée et à la cathédrale, et il était très facile de se rendre au centre de la ville, comme la Place du 4 Mai, en métro... Il y a tellement d'endroits où aller que je pense que j'y retournerai la prochaine fois haha. »

La chambre était bien éclairée et très calme, car elle n'était pas côté grande rue. Ce type de chambre dispose également d'une grande terrasse privée, ce qui n'est pas le cas des autres chambres. Côté salle de bain, il y a des toilettes intelligentes et la douche permet de passer du pommeau de douche à la douchette à main. La propreté était impeccable. En ce qui concerne la literie, le matelas offrait un bon soutien et les oreillers étaient très moelleux, ce qui permettait de s'endormir facilement et de se réveiller sans fatigue. Le petit-déjeuner proposait une grande variété de plats de très bonne qualité, et le restaurant était également de standing. Dans l'ensemble, mon expérience a été excellente et je choisirai cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Qingdao. »

Mais ils ont dit qu'il n'y avait pas de 220 V en dehors de la suite, alors assurez-vous d'apporter un convertisseur (j'en ai payé 30 yuans). « Ayant vu les critiques négatives sur Qingxiang Court sur une plateforme de voyage, j'ai résolument réservé au Shengshe Court. En arrivant dans le hall principal, j'ai vu une longue file pour le check-in. En demandant, j'ai découvert que le Shengshe Court avait son propre hall d'accueil, et qu'il n'y avait pas de file d'attente à ce moment-là. « Je suis venu ici grâce à la réputation de l'hôtel Hanbi ; j'avais entendu dire qu'il s'agissait d'un hôtel cinq étoiles exceptionnel il y a dix ans. J'ai donc réservé avec de grandes attentes et, dès mon arrivée en soirée, j'ai été immédiatement impressionné par le décor raffiné et le design soigné de l'établissement. Le service était bon, mais l'hôtel semblait un peu désert en raison de la basse saison. Le parking à cinq étages était vétuste et les téléviseurs étaient anciens. Les salles de bain et les douches étaient bien conçues et les chambres spacieuses, construites entièrement en bois massif et en pierre, témoignant d'un coût de construction élevé, mais dépourvues de technologies modernes. Le lendemain matin, à mon réveil, j'ai découvert un balcon offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer, ce qui m'a instantanément mis de bonne humeur. Dans l'ensemble, le prix de la chambre était justifié. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants à emporter à proximité. Je n'ai pas pu profiter de la piscine à débordement à cause du froid, mais je reviendrai sans hésiter en été lors de mon prochain séjour à Qingdao. It's amazing that the rooms provided at such a price are quite large, yet practical. Our family of five arrived late (past one o’clock in the morning) by plane. Thanks to the front desk guy who took us from the parking lot to the hotel. Otherwise, with kids, 4 luggages, raining heavily, midnight, one could imagine how disastrous would be without the help from the hotel front desk! The breakfast is also very rich, and the service is also very good. I’m not sure if this is due to the friendly personality of Qingdao people or just Atour staff, people I met when I touched down from Qingdao airport to convenient storekeeper to driver, I found that people here are very easy-going. For this reason, I am looking forward to this trip at Qingdao. 😊

Mon épouse et moi avons récemment séjourné à l'hôtel Hampton by Hilton de Qingdao et nous avons été tellement enchantés que nous souhaitions partager notre expérience. Cet hôtel se distingue véritablement pour toutes les bonnes raisons et nous a offert une escapade confortable, pratique et vraiment agréable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par la propreté impeccable de l'ensemble de l'établissement. Le hall était lumineux et accueillant, les couloirs impeccables et notre chambre était irréprochable. Quel plaisir de débuter une journée d'exploration par un petit-déjeuner aussi copieux et délicieux ! Ce qui nous a vraiment convaincus, c'est l'excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le prix était très raisonnable, surtout comparé à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie où nous avons séjourné à Qingdao. On en a vraiment pour son argent : l'excellent petit-déjeuner, les chambres modernes et propres, et le service impeccable en font un choix exceptionnel. L'emplacement était un autre atout majeur. L'hôtel est idéalement situé près du métro, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements en ville sans voiture. De plus, le quartier est animé et plein de vie ! Nous avons adoré pouvoir sortir et trouver d'excellents restaurants, cafés et boutiques à quelques pas. On se sentait vraiment au cœur de l'animation. Definitely not a 5 star hotel they claim to be on Trip.com. The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered. In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room. Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room. Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests. Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning. The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired. On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

Mes enfants et moi avons passé une semaine à Qingdao, à l'hôtel Crowne Plaza. Ce fut une escapade des plus agréables. La chambre était propre, bien équipée et offrait une vue imprenable sur l'océan. De plus, nous avons eu droit à un feu d'artifice tous les soirs, juste devant notre fenêtre : une attention magique ! Le petit-déjeuner, servi tous les matins, proposait un large choix ; nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette variété. Le service en chambre a fait un tabac auprès des enfants : ils raffolaient des spaghettis bolognaise et du poulet popcorn ! Personnellement, j'ai adoré le club sandwich et les nouilles au bœuf. Nous avons consacré une journée entière au parc aquatique, où les enfants se sont éclatés. Même si certaines parties mériteraient d'être rénovées, cela n'a en rien gâché notre plaisir. L'une de nos activités préférées a été de nous promener dans le complexe en quad électrique. C'était comme une aventure privée, car une grande partie de la zone était calme et assez déserte, ce qui ajoutait un charme particulier. La plage se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la route, vous pouvez donc aller jouer dans le sable à tout moment. Des personnes proposent également des promenades à cheval et en jet ski directement sur la plage. Celle-ci n'est pas trop fréquentée. Le seul inconvénient était l'emplacement du complexe hôtelier. Il est assez éloigné de la plupart des attractions principales de Qingdao, ce qui impliquait au moins une heure de trajet en didi pour chaque excursion. Malgré cela, l'expérience en valait vraiment la peine et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

For the first few days of my stay in Qingdao, I booked the compact single room. This time, for two days, I tried the double-bed room with a table and a large window, and it is really excellent for the price. The room is extremely clean and has all the basic amenities such as a shower, dental kit, and towels. One small difference is that instead of traditional cloth towels, they provide disposable paper-fiber towels. The room is also much more spacious than the single room, even though the price increase is very small. I paid about 55 RMB for the smaller room, while this room cost around 63–64 RMB, but the size is almost double. The room has a very large window facing the road in front of the hotel. I expected it to be noisy, but surprisingly it was not. There are many power outlets and switchboards, which makes it convenient for charging phones or laptops. The room also has a large TV, along with a table and chair where you can comfortably sit and work. The staff, as I mentioned earlier, are extremely friendly. By the end of my stay, they almost felt like friends. If you order food or buy items from e-commerce platforms like Jingdong or Taobao, the staff will collect the packages and store them safely on the first floor. Sometimes the delivery person will even bring the order directly to your room. I stayed on the fourth floor, and the room was very well maintained and spotless. It also includes a hairdryer and hangers. The room I booked had two beds, so if you are traveling with a colleague for business, this is a great option. The location is not extremely central, but it is still convenient. The nearest subway station is about a 10–15 minute walk, which was not a problem for me. There are also several convenience stores nearby where you can quickly buy snacks or basic items. Overall, the room is very well maintained, extremely clean, and free of dust.
