« Je suis allé à Rizhao et j'y ai passé deux nuits. La première nuit était à Quanji dans la ville de Dongyi et la deuxième nuit à Kapok. Comparativement parlant, l'attitude de service de Quan était bien meilleure que celle de Kapok !
Environnement : Il n'y a rien à dire sur l'environnement, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, c'est magnifique et les photos sont superbes.
Propreté : La chambre est très propre et bien rangée, et la literie est très plate. C'est l'hôtel le plus propre dans lequel nous ayons jamais séjourné.
Équipements : Il y a des articles de toilette complets et des peignoirs. Il y a un système vocal intelligent dans la chambre, ce qui est très pratique. Cependant, le petit-déjeuner est très peu varié et il y a beaucoup de monde. Ce n'est pas aussi bon que le petit-déjeuner toutes saisons.
Service : Enfin, le service est vraiment mauvais👎. Il y a de nombreuses places dans le parking à l'entrée qui ne permettent pas aux gens de se garer. L'agent de sécurité a dit que seuls ceux qui ont une expérience pertinente sont qualifiés (enfin, nous ne sommes pas qualifiés ), car l'hôtel est situé en centre-ville, en sous-sol. Le parking était particulièrement difficile à trouver et mon mari a mis une dizaine de minutes pour le trouver.
À notre arrivée, nous étions habillés de manière décontractée et avions l'air plutôt négligés car nous avions passé tout l'après-midi en mer. Nous n'avons même pas pris la peine de parler à la réception et nous avons simplement posé des questions et répondu à celles-ci. Une des filles en vêtements bleus ”J'étais particulièrement fière de son statut. J'ai oublié de prendre ma carte d'identité dans la voiture. Elle s'est immédiatement impatientée et nous a demandé de lui communiquer mon numéro d'identification. Il était normal de parler d'abord à mon mari. Mais quand ce fut mon tour, elle a immédiatement changé de visage et me devait des millions. Pareil, euh, je suis vraiment sans voix🤦♀️. Quand j'ai remboursé la carte le lendemain, je ne m'attendais pas à ce que ce soit elle. Je suis allée la rembourser toute seule. Mon mari surveillait les bagages à quelques mètres. J'ai dit avec un sourire, bonjour, s'il vous plaît, remboursez la chambre carte. Lorsque la réception a pris la carte de chambre, c'était normal. , et a opéré sur l'ordinateur en même temps. Après quelques secondes, il a jeté la carte de chambre sur la table devant moi et m'a dit d'accord. C'était évident qu'il me l'avait lancé exprès. À ce moment-là, j'ai bêtement dit merci à la personne. Après, j'ai dit à mon mari que j'étais vraiment de plus en plus en colère après y avoir pensé (parce que je suis aveugle , et mon mari a dit que c'était la même personne que la veille). Je suggère fortement que votre entreprise puisse donner à cette réceptionniste un poste de PDG, sinon ce sera trop. Condescendant
La qualité du service des hôtels quatre étoiles est vraiment choquante et affecte trop l'ambiance du voyage. »

It felt so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. The service was absolutely fantastic! The staff’s hospitality truly amazed us—they are like magicians, turning every wish into reality almost instantly. They even let us decorate the hall for Christmas and helped with the fireplace until late at night, making our celebration extra special. If you’re looking for a perfect stay with top-notch service, this is the place to be! 😍😍😍

UUtilisateur anonyme這個房間太好了，非常非常乾淨，房間也很大，浴缸房還給了浴球和一次性塑料膜。機器人送餐特別方便，周圍外賣特別多，送的也快。淡季出來玩房間很便宜，沒想到這個價錢能訂到這種級別的房間。去景點打車不超過十塊，天氣好海邊很漂亮。前台很有禮貌，身份證給他們還給了個卡套，非常細緻啦。最重要的一點進來可以加管家微信，社恐不敢打電話的可以直接微信説哈哈哈哈。夜宵也很好吃小餛飩一定要嚐嚐。早餐山東風味很不錯。就是沒喝到晚安牛奶，感覺夜宵時間可以往後一點。

Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

SSigsigWe got the room on the 31st floor. The view was very beautiful, it was fun to wake up like this in the morning. The apartment has a kitchen with a refrigerator and it was very convenient for us to cook and enjoy the food. In front of the building is the large mall, which is very convenient for those who like to shop. The apartment is in a central location with bus stops and interesting things around.

IInvitéIt is a typical big cheaper hotel, which means many drunk businessmen and weddings. This also means often there is noise during the night. One night there was a wedding party in the rooms next to me and they had the party in the hallway. After requesting less noise, I got attacked physically by one of the guests. The hotel didn’t want to do anything about it and only changed my room. No other offer or consequences for the wedding guests.

IInvitéThis was really great. When I arrived at about 10 p.m. I wasn't sure if I was in the right place but they checked me in, and even took me directly to my room and set everything up. It was a nice room with a great view. I think I recall there was a tea set. The room was warm and inviting and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was great with many Chinese and some international choices. I would stay again.

SSuofei0616Le service du personnel de l'hôtel est très attentionné. La chambre parent-enfant désignée est assez grande et l'enfant aime dormir sur le lit rond. La chose la plus satisfaisante est que la salle de douche est suffisamment grande et séparée de l'eau et de la sécheresse, ce qui rend le séjour très confortable. Le seul hic, c'est que l'espace de stationnement est relativement étroit avec l'espace de stationnement public dans le centre commercial à côté, ce qui peut être ignoré si vous ne conduisez pas seul. Bref, la satisfaction globale est relativement élevée.
