首先我想説的是這個五星好評是不想給的，半夜設備設施出現問題，體驗感是不好的，但還是給了五星好評，是因為工作人員服務做得很好，不忍心給她們工作增加麻煩，設備設施出現問題很正常，但貴酒店還是應該提前排查各種可能會出現的問題，不應該等出現問題才來維修，三更半夜工作人員也解決不好，所以提個意見
