I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are top-notch, the environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. However, what impressed me the most was the service from the staff, especially Assistant Cheung. His service was impeccable, always with a smile and very attentive to our needs. Whether it was checking us in, offering local travel advice, or addressing our various needs, Cheung was always professional and enthusiastic. Thanks to Assistant Cheung, our stay was exceptionally pleasant! Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again next time.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short distance from the ski area, and the décor is modern and stylish with a beautiful view. The room was well-equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out was the incredible service from the hotel staff. They went above and beyond, helping me liaise with the ski center to purchase tickets and even offering a complimentary drop-off at the railway station. Everything was top-notch, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

Je me sens très pratique de voyager dans la chambre de Trip.com, et je n'ai jamais eu de problème, mais cette fois, c'est la plus mécontente de ma chambre de Trip.com. Veuillez consulter les commandes. Je réserve le ”Abuli Teen Ski Holiday Hotel” dans la zone de scène, je voulais skier confortable et profiter de l'environnement de l'hôtel, Mais l'hôtel m'a envoyé une photo de la position la première nuit. Je suis reconnaissant que c'est facile de navigation. Je sais que ce qui est envoyé par la navigation est le ”ferrouille de la baie de Chen Shan”, qui n'est pas dans la zone de scène, l'environnement n'est pas général, il n'y a pas de chaleur, le ski va conduire, pas du tout le résultat que je prévoyais, Je ne sais pas ce qui est lié à ce ”champions de fer” et ”Abuli Tee Ski Resort”. Je pense que c'est vendu! Veuillez demander à Trip.com de considérer cette question? Mais l'attitude du propriétaire de l'hôtel est toujours bonne, le restaurant est pratique, le sous-sol est le restaurant, le ski est envoyé au ski et l'hôtel est rentré après le ski.

這家店還沒開業的時候就關注到了，總能在網上刷到他家，後來説有個新店在網上徵集閑置書籍的活動，感覺還挺有意思，正好一直計劃和朋友出來玩，但是來之前也有擔心怕宣傳和實際不符😂見面之後發現工作人員確實都挺熱情的，素質都很高，距離景區也都很近，還幫忙接送我們，沒有一點不耐煩，感覺家裡這邊的景區附近的酒店很少有這種服務水平了，而且硬件配置也很齊全，健身房洗衣房都有，用餐也方便，直接有餐廳能點菜，非常方便又省心，旁邊還有咖啡店，好像也是一家的，拍照很出片，就是時間安排不開了，衹能住一晚，等下次再有空了準備多住幾晚，也會推薦給身邊的人

Chercher la plate-forme est un petit hôtel, puis un peuple qui a changé personnellement. Il n'est pas très réglementé. Abuli a un hôtel en chaîne. Alors j'ai décidé de décider de l'entrer dans le hall pour voir que cet hôtel appartient à votre Majesté. Lorsque vous entrez dans le hall, les installations sont très nouvelles. Je vous ai demandé la réception. C'est un nouveau magasin ouvert l'an dernier. L'hygiène est très propre. Le stationnement est également très pratique. L'hôtel a un parking. La petite sœur de la réception est également très enthousiaste. Parce que j'ai une valise et un sac à dos. Il y a trop de choses. Je suis également venu nous aider à ouvrir la porte. Je suis désolé de prendre les bagages. Je suis vraiment ravi de l'expérience. Je suis fortement recommandé.

Just book this place already! You don’t need to look any further. AMAZING!!! As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again! 選擇此酒店真是意外之喜！從進門起就感受到細緻服務——前台熱情高效，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適柔軟。特別喜歡窗外的景觀，蜿蜒的螞蟻河，清晨陽光灑進來格外治癒。 酒店位置也很便利，細節處更顯用心，退房時趕上下雨，前台特意送了一把雨傘。 性價比超高，下次旅行一定會再選這裏！

Great place to stay. Rooms are warm and comfy. Short drive to nearby ski resorts and attractions. We came here to snowboard and had a good time. If you don’t have ski wear, there are many nearby shops where you can rent ski clothing and equipment. Bring swimwear if you want to visit the hot spring. Driver and guide Mr Lee is very helpful and friendly. Provides complimentary transport service to places guests want to visit. For guests not used to North Eastern Chinese cuisine, there’s Haidilao and KFC nearby.
