汕尾普遍沒什麼高樓大廈，所以市區內的維也納酒店就顯得相當觸目，它坐落於市中心，隔鄰是一個商場，過條馬路就是一條相當出名嘅「二馬路」，所以非常方便，今次入住24樓海景房，景觀相當開揚，房內裝修雖不至於豪華亮麗，但也住得舒服，下次再去汕尾的話，的確是入住的首選

L'hôtel est très bien situé, sur la plage de la baie de Kanamachi, et vous pouvez rejoindre directement la plage à pied depuis l'hôtel. Debout sur le balcon de la chambre, vous pourrez admirer la vue mer inégalée. Quand j'ai fait une réservation, j'ai noté que je voulais une chambre à un étage élevé. Miss Luo Songyu à la réception de l'hôtel a surclassé notre chambre pour nous, haha😄Qui savait que c'était la chambre la plus éloignée🚶♀️J'ai besoin d'une canne pour marcher, alors mon mari m'a dit de le traiter comme ça. Le niveau de service global de l'hôtel est assez bon et les divers problèmes des clients peuvent être résolus en temps opportun.
Inconvénients : La chambre n'a pas été nettoyée avec soin et il y avait des mégots de cigarettes sur le balcon de notre chambre qui n'avaient pas été nettoyés.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The location of this hotel is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. In the evening, the streets come alive with vendors selling a variety of delicious food. The city’s most famous attractions are also conveniently close. Getting to the hotel is very easy, as there is a direct bus from Shanwei Railway Station to the street where the hotel is located and the bus stop almost right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice, there is also WiFi, that works good.

Nous aimerions la salle de lave-linge que nous utilisons beaucoup, elle a 3 lava-linge et 3 sèche-linge, tous bien conçus pour une preuve de stupide, apporter votre propre détergent.
La location intelligente doit aller un peu au centre commercial et à la restauration.

Il n'y a pas eu de problème d'électricité à sept heures du soir, à environ 12 heures, il a commencé à sauter, il a informé la réception, dit que le câble était mal contacté, changer une autre chambre pour nous, changer la chambre à minuit, un peu déprimé.
La maison et les installations sont un peu vieux, mais ils sont propres et le paysage marin est aussi beau. Le temps est mauvais pour rester le jour, je ne peux pas voir le soleil.

Shanwei is one of the cities I haven’t been able to visit yet. It’s very close to my city. The location is in the middle of the attractions I wanted to see (10-30 minutes each way). I think the city is better to have a car or motorbike. Atour has the most reasonable prices, and the rooms are newly done. I didn’t have the food there, but it looks like a good option. The Seaview room overlooks the community mostly, and there’s places within walking distance. I went to the Poly Jintingwan, Shanwei Museum, Coco Mall Plaza, Honghaiwsn Zone. Rain ☔️ took place, so I found some great venues (J.HOO, Memory Pub, Simma, Horizon, and Hujing Steak House). The room is so comfortable and clean that I stayed in it until lunch both days. I was able to get work done in the book lounge area. The gym is an appropriate size. Ayi was friendly, and Bao’an helped with my Taxi. The staff answered my questions. Facilities and furnishings perfect. I was the only foreigner, but locals great.

SSharon WongThe hotel is located in the center of the city, next to a shopping mall, with a few children's entertainment facilities. It is also close to Walmart and a Chinese restaurant for breakfast. it's within walking distance to the harbor side and 二馬路walking street. The hotel itself is classic but new, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is normal and average. with basic porridge, fruit, Chinese dishes and vegetables, western breakfast, egg, coffee, tea, etc.
Posh outlook and inside. I love it and will definately will come back for next visit.

The counter lady even upgraded our room for free, she helped us whenever we messaged her, sent us locations to visit and every time we had a question she was always helpful and replied very fast. The room was very pretty and clean , the bathtub was big and nice, the balchony was big and beautiful. I loved everything about it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and room to anyone visiting Shanwei .

DDenzil Jr.We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Artel Xinghai Resort Shanwei Jintingwan! Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options that satisfied all our cravings.
But the highlight of our trip was definitely the beach. The sand is soft, fine, and impeccably clean – perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and enjoying the beautiful seascape.

IInvitéI would say it’s a perfect place for a big family or families to stay under one roof. I would recommend to others. The ktv room is as the photo shows with good sound system. The pool table is all worned out and not very good quality. Can only satisfy young kids. The kitchen seemed to have bowls and plates but not totally clean or new. Have stains in them. The rooms each have their own bathroom so no complain here. They offer disposable towels so you may want to bring your own. I complained about the dirty and smelly refrigerator and very quickly responded and got helpers to come clean it. Oh the mahjong table had some disfunction as some tiles were a larger size. The home is close to the beach so that’s nice! Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would come again with big families.

丽丽丽lilL'hôtel était très confortable et très confortable. IInvitéSitué sur Er Ma Lou, à l'écart de la zone animée. L'arrêt de bus pour/depuis la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse est à deux pas de l'hôtel. Restaurants dans le quartier. Un restaurant de fondue de bœuf juste à côté de l'hôtel est à un prix raisonnable et le goût est délicieux.
Les lits peuvent être durs pour certains types de chambres. Nous complétons le prix avec un lit queen size de 1,8 m qui est plus confortable et pas trop dur. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est sympathique et accessible.
Il y a un bus pour la baie de Honghai qui circule toutes les 8 à 10 minutes pour 11 CNY/personne par trajet. Le trajet dure environ 45 minutes. Le taxi coûte environ 80 CNY par trajet. L'arrêt de bus n'est pas trop loin de l'hôtel à pied.

Installations: Le bois est juste sous le compresseur de climatisation, le vent chaud s'effondre quand le comprimé de climatisation est ouvert, et il n'y a pas de bois à utiliser, c'est injustifié.
Santé : Dans l'ensemble, c'est bon, mais après l'assainissement, le sol est très humide et facile à glisser.
Environnement: Il est très inconfortable de regarder le balcon, et le paysage de 180° ne peut vraiment pas voir.
Service : J'espère que le petit frère de la réception la prochaine fois ne se tiendra pas avec les invités qui entreront dans le grand jour.
