« I visit Taishan 3 or 4 times a year during the last couple of years and Mandarin Elegant Hotel has been my go-to hotel most of time. The room and beds are very comfortable. I like the location. it is close to a mall with good selection of shops and restaurants; walking distance to the HK airport bus; buses to Kowloon departures from the hotel and it is about 15 mins ride to Taishan Station and the Taishan bus station. Stuff is very responsive for my issues. The most recent visit, a group of ten of my family member stayed at this hotel and everyone was very satisfied with the place. »

« The hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time. »

RrudolfhkVoyage de Pâques en famille, séjour ici après les villages historiques ruraux de Kaiping et l'exploration des diaolou. Pour un peu de temps en ville. Nouvel hôtel propre et soigné. Bonnes chambres non-fumeurs.
Belles salles de bains, toilettes automatiques de style japonais. Petit-déjeuner buffet simple et correct, café frais, petit-déjeuner principalement de style chinois. Notre famille a passé un bon moment. J'ai réservé une chambre double pour nous et une chambre double pour les enfants. Il y a un peu de bruit de basse musicale le soir à cause de la discothèque voisine. A été mentionné dans la réservation. Pas de réel problème pour nous. Nous avons apprécié le centre commercial géant et moderne Chain situé à quelques minutes en voiture pour dîner et faire du shopping. Le vieux centre-ville est également idéal pour les repas et les sites touristiques.

IInvitéClean newer hotel conveniently located within walking distance from bus terminals. We took a bus directly from Hong Kong airport to Taishan Bus Terminal (less than 4 hours) and walked to the hotel (less than 10 minutes). We were impressed by the friendly staff and their excellent customer service. They offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival. Rooms were cleaned every day at our preferred time. We just call them before we headed out. They helped us to call DiDi for car rides while we set up our wechat pay accounts. My uncle left his bag on the bus from HK airport and the hotel staff helped him to contact the bus company and found the bag! We were able to deliver our shopping items to the hotel for storage while continuing to shop. We were so thankful for the extra support! They made us feel right at home!
Dim Sum, quick bites, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and hair salon are closely located within one block from the hotel.
As we stayed at the hotel for more than two weeks, I wish laundry was available. This wasn't a big deal for us and we would definitely stay in Ningyang Hotel again!

HHF WorldThis is a high end hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The food was high quality and fresh. The hotel was really beautiful; however, wish there was more Chinese/Taishan articulture than European.

IInvitéI reserved the 2-bed Room and it looks like this building was built as an apartment. This unit was two levels, which they split the lower level as a hotel room and the upper level as a short term apartment rental. Fortunately it was not occupied. Could have been noisy. Noise from the hallway was already a little too much. One last complaint was the toilet being in the shower room. Very bad setup.
However I might stay here again just for the breakfast. It was included in my room booking. Very good varieties and tasty! Front desk girl is very hard working and courteous. Thanks for your help!

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
5/5 - no complaints.

UUtilisateur anonymeJe voyage souvent pour affaires et pour faire du tourisme, et la chambre de ce prix et de cette qualité a dépassé mes attentes. La chambre est très propre et hygiénique, la literie est bonne pour dormir, le service de la réception est également enthousiaste et tout problème sera résolu rapidement. Il y a une rue piétonne à la porte, Luckin Coffee et un dépanneur en bas, il est donc très pratique de manger, boire, jouer et se reposer. Je reviendrai ici quand je viendrai à Taishan pour jouer plus tard !

IInvitéEnjoyed my stay very much and would recommend the location is great across from the park and near old Taishan shopping and ratting! Room is clean, bed is firm and sheets are wonderfully soft. Bathroom roomy. Carpets are clean. The wallpaper in halls is old and furniture slightly dinged, but all is clean. Breakfast was better some days than others. Coffee was awful! The Kareoke outside every night is so bad that it is hilarious! At least they stop at 10 pm every night.
