總的來説非常不滿意。 1.開車進入度假區，無法識別哪個樓是大堂。轉了一圈，衹能把車停下，看地圖，才知道哪個是大堂。我覺得應該從進門開始有專人引導才對。 2.入住時，前台業務不熟練，耽誤10分多鐘才辦好入住。我一開始訂錯了時間然後退掉了，又定了一個正確時間的湖景房。就是這麼簡單的問題。前台拿着我訂錯時間的訂單説我訂錯了，然後告訴我湖景房沒有了。可是我至少在一小時前已經訂好了本日的湖景房。後來，前台打了兩個電話，又説有湖景房。就這樣折騰了10多分鐘。 3.房間在另一個樓，我們開車過去。到了房間裏，找了一圈，沒有拖鞋，打電話給前台。前台居然是進屋來找了一圈！難道不是應該帶着拖鞋來嗎？你難道不應該知道拖鞋放在哪嗎？可真的太奇怪了！找了一圈確實沒有，然後説給我拿拖鞋過來。 4.晚上7:00多吃飯，準備點菜，告訴我衹有兩個菜單，其他兩桌在點，等他們點完，才能把菜單給我。這麼大的度假酒店，就兩個菜單？而且在小長假期間！等到菜單，點完餐，等了半個多小時不見上菜，問為什麼，告訴我廚師衹有一個，我問為什麼衹有一個，告訴我另一個請假了吧。服務員説包間裏有10多個人，就一個廚師，他在做包間裏的菜。問服務員什麼時候菜能上？（我們就點了兩個菜）服務員説不知道，她就是個傳菜的。然後我們説你問廚師，服務員問完回來説15分鐘。所以我們等了快1個小時才吃上飯。 5.吃飯過程中，因為其他桌也等了很久，也不滿意，服務員大概是電話把她上級叫來了。我們吃完結賬時，這個上級説很不好意思，給我們打八折，我説好的。然後我們飯錢是122，服務員説您給120就行。？？？你的上級1秒前説打八折，到你這就便宜2塊錢？真的是無力吐槽。然後上級問服務員你會打八折嗎？服務員説不會…… 行了 我不想再説了，服務員也是個小姑娘，大概剛上班吧。 總的來説，我感覺是一個非常假的度假村，外表看着還行，裏面啥也不是。
