« 是一家綜合性酒店，我們一家三口從遵義過去的，在阿西里西看完風車後吃了當地的農家菜，完了看離威寧衹有幾十公里就準備到威寧看看鳥，我自己也是做酒店的，所以在選酒店入住上會格外謹慎，綜合評分4.7以下不會考慮，評論少於一千條的不選，因為從陌生的角度來説，這兩項基本決定了酒店對待OT A客人的服務態度，藍灣酒店第一吸引我的是首頁上顯示免費洗車，走了好幾天山路我們家車實在太臟了，但是再找洗車店很麻煩，所以點進了藍灣酒店，第一印象其實不是特別好，累了一天我的小孩在車上已經睡著了，我急迫的想確認他家是否真能免費洗車，於是我在攜程上選擇了跟酒店人工對話至少兩次，但至少十分鐘都沒有人回覆，於是我撥通了酒店電話，電話通的那一刻瞬間讓因為沒有回覆我而產生的不高興的心情一掃而空，前台那邊雖然有些吵，但她非常專業甜美的聲音從耳邊傳來，答到酒店是可以免費洗車的，衹是需要在早八點至晚六點間，十多分鐘後到酒店，老公去停車了，我先進大堂辦入住，酒店是獨門獨棟，一樓有很寬敞的大廳、公區衞生間、還有個好像是做瓷器的、然後還有餐飲指示標識、就在大堂內就有商超還不小，辦理入住的過程在前台桌面就看到車牌號登記冊，登記了的車牌號前台會在後麪打個勾，這個特別好，方便了客人也方便了工作人員，雖然當時我的入住還沒辦完就有另外的客人來要換房，但是前台美女還是非常專業的給我辦理了入住，空隙給換房客人做了處理，我們兩個基本都沒有多餘等待，期間我看了她，當時已天黑，有點涼了，她雖然披着外套羽絨服，但是沒擋住工號牌、頭髮髮髻高度合適，髮型整齊，淡粧，普通話流利，業務能力強，儀容儀錶上算是很標準的前台接待，唯一要提升的一點是辦理入住過程中，我兩次提到了我開車過來的，帶了小朋友已經睡著了，沒有詢問我是否需要小童洗漱用品及拖鞋，是否需要幫忙拿一下行李，也可能是因為有其他客人在擾亂她，所以可以理解。對了，友情提示，不及時回覆攜程客户訊息，會影響後台數據及流量的哦！辦完入住我去停車場接老公和熟睡的孩子，電梯需要刷卡進入相應樓層，一定程度上保護了客户私隱和安全，挺好，電梯裏好醒目的展示框裏寫着本酒店提供哪些服務，做酒店也住酒店十幾年了，這是我看到的第一家把服務做得這麼細的，真的有回家的感覺，卸粧巾這個東西現在很多酒店都提供了也不稀奇了，但是他家居然有洗面奶護膚水寶寶霜，真正的洗護一整套，就是你去個人就能很舒服的在他家住上一天了，完全沒有焦慮，應有盡有，哈哈，牌子我拍照了，需要的朋友可以點開看看，這牌子上雖然我衹用到了洗車和擦小朋友的鞋子，但是真的可以看到一個酒店對客人的需求考慮得多麼細緻，這一點上非常推薦並支持，希望你們堅持下去，給更多的人温暖！現在説説客房吧，因為考慮孩子已經睡著了，我們也累了一天了，應該是就睡個覺第二天吃個早餐又去景點了，所以就定了個最便宜的低價引流房，兩百多在縣城裡定這個房間確實有點太小了，一家三口住都有點打擠，其實客房設施我並不是很滿意，但也算麻雀雖小五臟俱全吧，設計上不是很合理，房間是長方形的，但寬度太窄，電視櫃離床衹能過一個人，比較緊湊，衞生間和淋浴間是玻璃房，雖然貼了小心玻璃防撞標識，但是懵的時候還是會被撞到，還有就是洗漱區正對面就是馬桶，我自己的感受哈，第二天我正在馬桶辦大事，然後我老公在鏡子裏洗漱，連我擦屁股的樣子都看得一清二楚，真的親親的兩口子也覺得不舒服，多少還是有點邊界感好些，哈哈哈哈，小小建議哈，1、洗漱台放洗漱用品的格子可以換了，叮叮噹噹的拿東西還不順滑，很拉低房間配置，2、整改一下玻璃房吧，淋淋浴那邊是半霧狀態，但就普通身高呢，該看的都看得到，因為有小兒子在，我那天就直接沒洗澡了，然後我帶孩子出去我老公才洗的澡，就算沒孩子，洗澡上廁所這個事我想大家都還是習慣關起門來，就算是熱戀的情侶想共浴，那也站不下兩個人啊，所以這設計就很尷尬，如果考慮改動成本高，那就從腳往上方貼一半的膜吧，也不會影響房間空間視覺效果的，3、衣櫃浴袍用一次性塑料模封起來了，雖然可以避免落灰及讓客人知道那是乾淨的，但是用的時候是不方便的，還得取出來，4、枕頭有點硬，和床墊軟硬度不匹配，因為孩子睡了當時沒發開大燈，所以我沒看床墊是哪個品牌，我比較瘦，我老公比較胖，那天我倆都覺得枕頭不舒服沒怎麼睡好，這點很重要，做酒店最核心就是睡覺用的，睡好覺是基礎，可以挑兩個胖瘦不一的管理人員試睡一天看看，當天已經十二點多了我還是要求換了枕頭。以上是對客房的建議哈，當然客房的服務我還是非常認可的，出電梯過道沒有亂堆雜物和布草車，公區乾淨整潔，房間內衞生乾淨，地腳線和高處衞生都做的不錯，算乾淨的，計劃衞生做得很不錯，沒有異樣氣味，床鋪鋪得也不錯，三點一線的，有二維碼網上取小零食和水果，還有送枕頭的速度和態度都特別棒，客房大姐的儀容儀錶禮貌禮節也是很到位的，還有幫我家小朋友把那雙我都想丟的小白鞋刷得很乾凈，送回的速度也很快，特別特別舒心。再説説早餐吧，我們住在1002，早餐在17樓，半空中了，有個玻璃露台，早餐種類豐富齊全，餐品菜品味道都還不錯，小朋友高興極了，唯一不足的亮點，1、陽光玫瑰稍稍有點氧化了，下次讓廚房的工作人員摘葡萄的時候要連着把用剪刀剪，這樣就不會氧化，氧化後會吃的人應該幾乎沒有，那一盤一盤的倒掉不是很浪費嘛？2、收餐車放在早餐吧枱那裡不太好看。用完早餐我們就收拾行李準備出發了，到了停車場給管家發訊息要洗車，立馬派人過來了，車子是沖洗外觀，裏面沒洗，但依舊很好了，洗得很乾凈，洗完了工作人員大膽的邀請好評了，這點特別好，大男子漢，敢做敢要，邀請好評從來不是一個人的事情，全員出動才是最好的，給那位大哥一個大大的贊！寫這條評論花了我快一個小時的時間了，非常感謝貴酒店所有服務人員及管理人員對酒店的付出，才讓我們一家三口有一次在外都感受到了在家的温暖和方便，希望你們越做越好，到遵義住店的時候也支持支持遵義的酒店服務。 »
