« Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale et le service était correct. J'ai quelques reproches à faire au matériel.
Premièrement, le lit était inégal ; j'avais l'impression de dormir sur une pente.
Deuxièmement, il y avait deux types d'oreillers, mais tous deux étaient de taille moyenne, ce qui était trop haut pour moi. La plupart des hôtels utilisent une combinaison d'oreillers moyens et bas.
Troisièmement, la climatisation semblait défectueuse. J'ai réglé la température à 28 °C, et la température de la chambre était de 26 °C. Ensuite, la climatisation a continué à fonctionner sans s'arrêter, faisant monter la température de la pièce à 24 °C, me gelant à mort. Cela s'est produit plusieurs fois. Je me suis réveillé au milieu de la nuit parce que j'avais trop chaud pour allumer la climatisation, pour ensuite l'éteindre à nouveau parce que j'avais froid.
Quatrièmement, le téléphone était cassé et inutilisable. »

« 因為回老家看年邁的姥姥，因為離的近，因為是連鎖相信，因為想住着安心…種種原因原則這家酒店，結果入住當天前台跟我説是特價房，一個勁的推銷要我辦理會員，我很無語，緊接着就是告訴我特價房的不好，我無奈的説一句，就不能免費升級嗎？她果斷説不行；好吧，我也認了，畢竟訂房的時候並沒有説明是特價房和缺點！我想着就是睡個覺，洗個澡，白天都不在酒店，結果意外發生了：
1️⃣特價房的洗浴水壓不穩，而且是冷水，我打電話告訴前台，前台讓一個大爺上來看，然後説什麼是水壓的問題，説什麼洗澡時間是高峯期…我很無語、很氣憤！
2️⃣到前台找要説法，一副愛答不理，還好有個好的服務員，服務很好，幫我重新換了房間，很會安撫人，你們酒店有這樣的服務員真該燒高香了！好好留着！比那些*****的強百倍！
3️⃣換了房間後結果第二天又發現床單換後是這個樣子！我真的很氣憤！（還好之後給換掉了！）
不是，現在的漢庭成這樣了嗎？服務人員意識有待提高！我這每年都是要入住的，因為離家近，看姥人家方便，要不是離家近，我是真心不願意再住這樣的酒店！這已經不是第一次了！上一次的體驗也不好！ »
