Elle a été financée par plusieurs gisements autour du jardin, ce qui a abouti à un appartement sur le site de vente, l'identifiant de texte est vide et la version incorrecte des marchandises. Comme c'est un appartement, l'expérience ne peut être différente de l'hôtel, les conditions sanitaires sont réellement renforcées, comme le montre le graphique. La perméabilité des airs de chauffage évacués par les récipients de salle de bains intérieure est très forte, la recherche du service client est directement envoyée sans changer de nouveau, les tuyaux de toilette sont très rétro-odeureux, bien que les types de prématurés du salon soient nombreux, beaucoup de repas principaux sont semblables à pré-fabricés, pas beaucoup délicieux, pas beaucoup d'équipements de fitness, la zone chaude de natation est encore possible, Si rien ne vaut dire comme une communauté de retraités, il est encore moins bien comme un appartement d'hôtel. »

« 之前住了一週的酒店都還不錯才再次選的這酒店，這次説給我升級到二樓了，然後我一看，空間大小沒變化，還是陰面，窗户外面什麼都沒有被一個老樓擋住了，你告訴我這叫升級？前台就跟上個世紀的機器人一樣，沒有任何錶達，我還提了一嘴能不能換到陽面，一到真加錢升級了時候就告訴我不行了，所以***之前跟這住一個禮拜，就配住二樓陰面唄，三樓陽面愣空着就不讓我住。本來計劃跟這再住一禮拜的，幾句話就踏踏實實讓我轉場了。所以算不明白賬的前台自己再反思反思吧。（你一直在強調第二天給我換下來，這就是你最大的問題，我第一晚的錢花了住到不爽的了，第二晚就不會住了，所以別覺着自己挺冤） »

« 設施：新酒店設施也很新很全，房間佈局也很不錯，挺喜歡的。但是也有不足，比如洗漱的水池好像很堵滲水特別慢，9019房間的馬桶好像沒裝好，靠左邊下面應該沒固定好，身體偏左一點馬桶就會晃，第一次發現還以為馬桶要倒了，很嚇人，建議好好檢查下。
衞生：總體還好，但是邊邊角角打掃得不是很徹底，比如紙巾盒上、枱燈面板上全是灰，辦公桌子擦得也不是很乾凈，進屋的時候就發現玻璃窗上有衹臭大姐，是在屋子裡麪。
環境：酒店周邊比較荒，但是酒店裡麪還不錯，衹是想點個外賣啥的很難。
服務：總體來説服務不錯，視頻播放有問題也給及時解決了，房間還給送了果盤。 »

IInvitéL'hygiène est généralement réfrigérée, les édifices sont très sombres et les épaules de la soeur sont très douces. L'effet de chaleur de la chambre est particulièrement général, il se réveille deux fois par nuit. La baignoire est lavée sans eau chaude, il n'y a pas de brouillard.
