One of the highlights of this holiday home is the adjoining 50 m² gîte with a cozy open-plan living room, its own bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for parents joining their adult children on holiday! Villa Les Rocs is always rented as a private holiday home, if you only need the main house, the gîte will simply remain unused. A wonderful extra service from the owners!InteriorOn the ground floor, overlooking the back garden, you’ll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a large dining table seating up to 8 guests. Special feature: the kitchen is partly integrated into the old stone fireplace… The spacious living room opens onto the inner courtyard with a delightful covered terrace. Also on this level is a lovely en-suite bedroom, suitable for wheelchair users. Upstairs are two very spacious and bright bedrooms (both air-conditioned): one with 4 single beds, perfect for children, and the other with a large double bed. An additional bathroom is also located upstairs.
