I needed a place to stay for a quick business trip, and Hotel Pulai was perfect. The location was convenient for the place I needed to go. The prices were affordable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Plus, free parking was a great bonus.

La chambre est propre mais il faut prendre plus de garde sur la propreté du toilette. Vous avez vu les ménagers se poser autour plutôt que de faire un travail de nettoyage. Le petit déjeuner doit être amélioré. Nous avons eu du riz frit pendant les deux jours, heureusement le 2e jour il y a aussi du pain de jardin.

  enregistrement問題，服務很好。取鎖匙的地方道門閂了，就不能在入邊出來，一定要有人在外幫開門。所以攞鎖匙的時候不要把門關上。三房兩次Apartment環境衛生舒服，樓下有兩個泳池，成人泳池和兒童泳池。還有很大的遊樂場。冷氣機的吹風口對住，所以露台晾衫好快就會乾。雖然算是偏遠地區，但是附近有有很多美食。 最值得推介是對面轉右有很多餐廳，其中近大馬路那邊有一個類似自助餐自選飯，還有囉吔小攤檔，龜苓膏很好吃，非常便宜。大馬路轉左有一間麵包舖的冬甩很好吃。

Check in experience was good. Friendly staff... Was great to receive a small piece of cake. When I mention that it was my sister's birthday... Room was spacious. Clean and nice with city view..... Parking has ample space at basement and outside hotel.... Easy access to shopping areas.. And eateries. Within 5 mins by car... Marble floors. Walls are something unique about this hotel... Price very reasonable for d location..

Our regular hotel whenever we visit Ipoh. We like the convenient location as the hotel is directly connected to the shopping mall Ipoh Parade. The rooms are spacious and clean with adequate amenities. An in-room water filter dispenser is provided for you to refill the water jugs whenever needed. The breakfast spread provided is amazing! I particularly like the nasi lemak. This time around, supper between 11pm to 12mn was provided too. We would definitely go back to stay again.

YYasmina17Le premier est positif, c'était un peu propre. Il avait assez de serviettes. C'est ma première fois avec ryokan, mais la troisième fois pour rester dans les suites de l'onsen. Autres fois antérieures les chambres étaient excellentes. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. Pour la gestion des suites Sunway onsen, nettoyez vos piscines! Les deux onsen n la piscine d'eau salée étaient sales! Nous avons même trouvé un couple de pantalons. La raison donnée était la pluie apporte la saleté des montagnes 🤷♀️. Dans l'ensemble, une vue magnifique sur le parc thématique n montagnes.

AAlfred NKWSpacious room for the same category of hotel. Room amenities also complete. They even gave local snack food n 2 cans of carbonated drinks. Hotel didn't provide bottle drinking water but at every floor, 2 units of water dispenser were placed and the filtered water taste good.
Only one bad thing, room's window sound proofing were poor. Can hear noise from outside of window.

IInvitéFirstly, quite dissapointed because we were allocated at Block C and the room was different from the pics provided when booking (no fantastic view, no bathtub like shown in the booking). Plus our room facing the city and there's ”birds” loitering ard the balcony. There are 3 blocks and the block C given to us itself quite empty and scary too. When we walk ard the hotel area at night can see only few units are occupied. Even the atmosphere at Block C were eerie luckily no ghost of cos if not we would check out immediately. We dont even dare open the curtains cos too eerie after knowing not many occupants/guests at Block C. My husband told me he actually asked to upgrade room to Block A few days before we check in, but was informed no vacancy at Block A. But when we check in, we asked to change to Block A but was informed need to top up rm250 per night because Block A. So conflicting of information. Plus, they should just fill up visitors to Block A or B, so it wont be too scary.
Secondly, the toilet bowls are not that clean with yellow stains.
Although, we were surprised with the ”birthday” bed decoration and ”birthday cake”, the atmosphere at Block C is eerie itself.
Definitely not coming back.

Excellent Value for Money
Kinta Riverfront Hotel & Suite exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, and a work desk. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the food was delicious. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which offered a great view of the city. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Ipoh. For the price, this hotel offers exceptional value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!

IInvitéLa chambre était grande, confortable et avait une grande télévision intelligente. Cependant, je suis déçu avec le petit-déjeuner buffet. J'ai payé plus pour cela, mais quand j'arrive à 9 h, beaucoup d'articles étaient déjà finis. La chambre de l'hôtel est très bien située, mais le restaurant est très bien situé. Le riz était aussi disponible, mais il n'y avait pas d'autres plats à aller avec just riz! Autres clients étaient aussi insatisfaisants, mais aucun autre effort n'a été pris par le personnel. Le service de cuisine était très mauvais, nous avons fini par commander de GrabFood.

The room was clean, comfortable and huge. It was so relaxing to stay and quiet.
However, the breakfast is good. The location is convenient, close to Ipoh's attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which enhanced the overall stay. The onsite spa was a nice touch for unwinding. It's a good choice. Need more parking space.

Les luminaires du 1er étage sont contrôlés par des capteurs. La passerelle est donc très faiblement éclairée la plupart du temps.
Situation de l'hôtel un peu déserte. Loin des bons restaurants.
Même les pubs à proximité ne servent pas de bières pression.
