The Hawk Nest Log Cabin was hand-built from cedar trees located on the property. The cabin is small, but cozy and comfortable. It's perfect for 2 or 3 guests, but it can accommodate up to 4 people. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs. If you have a problem with stairs, the cabin might not be right for you, as the stairs are steep. (Ladder-style stairs). "The Hawk Nest" cabin is located right on Tims Ford Lake in middle Tennessee, just outside the town of Winchester. It sits at the edge of the lake, surrounded by 4 wooded acres, with its own dock in a private and quiet residential area. Be sure to bring your own firewood (or feel free to pick up any sticks you may find in the yard) so you can enjoy roasting hot dogs or marshmallows by the firepit. Sit back and relax in the hammock or either of two outdoor swings on the property. You'll find a picnic table and both a gas & charcoal grill for your convenience.
