Georgetown Lake is only a 20 min drive for boating, fishing and hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and snowshoeing in the winter. We have a large parking area to accommodate guest vehicles, trailers and boats. From the house you can day trip on hundreds of miles of roads and trails suitable for UTVs, ATVs and mountain bikes. It is set in a beautiful valley with 360 degree mountain views enjoyable from the deck and yard. The nearest neighbor is about 1/4 mile away, making the house feel remote and isolated (less than 2 miles off of Hwy 1). Inside you will find a large, inviting living room with a pool table, TV, 2 sleeper sofas, picture windows and a fireplace to gather after a day enjoying the fresh mountain air.
