Located just 23 miles from the entrance of Yosemite, in a prime spot overlooking the golf course, this cabin is the perfect getaway retreat! Beautiful and well-maintained, 2700 sq. ft. home in a great location with golf course views! Our home has a wraparound deck with views of the Yosemite mountains and the PML Championship golf course. With about 1200 sq.ft. of outdoor living space, our deck is the perfect place to entertain and relax! We have a brand new BBQ that overlooks the golf course and you'll often see deer, jackrabbits and other wildlife prancing around below. We have two 8-seater outdoor dining tables (16 seats total) and multiple outdoor couches and chairs with cushions. In the mornings you can watch the sun rise over the Yosemite mountains with a warm cup of coffee from the front of the house and in the evenings watch the sun set over the golf course. The home includes a Smart TVs (Roku) in each room that allow you to stream all steaming services using your personal log in - Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Amazon, Peacock, Sling, etc! Main level features a bright front bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, TV and a beautiful view of the trees. The other main floor bedroom features two twin beds, with access to a private deck. The main level bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms and includes both a bath and shower. A laundry closet is accessible on the main level with a full sized washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent. Bamboo stairs lead downstairs to the bonus room which can be used as a 4th bedroom. The recently remodeled, fully-stocked kitchen has high-end appliances, stainless steel pots/pans, and everything you need to cook your favorite meals! Relax on the plush sofa in front of the 65" flat screen TV with Apple TV and Chromecast, or choose one of the various board games and puzzles to play as a group. The large solid wood dining table can comfortably seat up to 12 people and the French doors lead to an outdoor patio dining set, lounge chairs, and propane grill on the upper deck.Turning left and going down the hall, you'll come to the bright formal living room. Secluded from the rest of the house, enjoy the comfortable couches and the regulation sized foosball table. The second and third downstairs bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and workstations with a standalone VGA monitor (you may need to bring your own adaptors if needed) for you to connect your laptop (in case you need to do some work while on vacation). All bedrooms have a closet / armoire. The common space has a ping pong table, two full-size futons that can sleep additional guests, and a 55 inch Roku TV and Chromecast for the group to enjoy. Instantly fall in love with the magazine worthy design of the inviting space! Get in the Hot tub and lay in one of two loungers while watching a clear view of the amazing stars. While this is a destination of its own, Yosemite is a 30 minute drive to the main gate. Or you can drive 5 minutes to Pine Mountain Lake and enjoy a day at the beach!We only use natural cleaners and sanitizers in our Cabin. No harmful chemical residues left behind. We use food grade hydrogen peroxide as a sanitizer in the hot tub along with baking soda and vinegar for balancing PH. Essential oils are also left here for an aromatherapy hot tub experience! The hot tub is heated on demand and returns to cool temperatures when turned off. In the hot summer months it can be used as a cool dip if desired. It takes about 25 minutes to heat for a traditional hot tub experience. Our cabin is located in a community called Pine Mountain Lake. We are located outside the security gates which enables you to avoid the additional charge to get in. Also you will bypass a long line on the weekends. There are 3 beaches at our lake and a snack shop, kids playground and watercraft rentals. Plenty to do! There is a $42.00 Pine Mountain Lake fee for guests to use the lake per week. There is also a golf course, tennis courts and equestrian center. Please see the Pine Mountain Lake website for details. Brandon and Sayona Hoffman are the owners of the cabin. We like to greet our guests and are available for any questions about the area or Yosemite.The u shaped design of the house gives the master bedroom and courtyard nice privacy. The living room opens to the courtyard which is great for socializing. Many windows provide the light happy feel. Rustic furniture gives the coziness. There is a queen sized bed in the master, a king in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in bedroom 1. Guests have access to the entire house and yard except the garage which is locked up. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Please note the following:1) If there are more than 4 guests, there is an additional $15 per guest per night fee. Children are guests too:)2) Due to severe allergies, no animals are allowed on the property. 3) We do have security cameras. For the privacy of our guests, however, there are no security cameras in the patio area. 4) Our place is equipped with a 50 amp plug for EV charging. Due to the cost of electricity in our area, there is an additional $15/ night PER ELECTRIC VEHICLE fee to use the charge plug. PG&E currently charges $.43-.45/ kWh for our area. The Tesla Supercharger is currently at those rates as well.
