Unit 3 is located up an enclosed set of stairs, which offers additional storage for skiing, fishing gear, etc. Each unit has shared access to the yard & fire pit overlooking the river & off street parking for 1 vehicle. Wonderful, location with several local amenities & close to many Adirondack attractions.Centrally, located between Lake Placid & Plattsburgh, NY in the heart of Au Sable Forks on the main road to Wilmington (White Face), & Lake Placid. We’re directly on the East branch of the Au Sable River & walking distance to many things. Including, a shuttle to Lake Placid/Whiteface. Unit 3 is located on the second floor and has 2 large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with views of the AuSable River. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed & bedroom 2 has a full size bed with a twin trundle. The open concept kitchen-living room features stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops with bar seating, a large pantry with complimentary coffee & tea, a microwave & toaster oven. As well as tons of storage for additional food. The living room area has a 60” smart TV for all your streaming Apps. From the yard you can take the short path down the bank to access the river.
