The home unfortunately is NOT wheelchair accessible.Guest Access:The home has a two car garage with a long driveway for other vehicles. You have one entrance and one exit to the subdivision. The Flint River is nearby if you'd like to take a short 15-20 minute walk through a cleared trail.Key things to note:- Please supervise your children by the Koi Pond for safety reasons. Rocks are slippery when wet and you can fall in. The Koi Fish are not fed until the Spring.- The main sidewalk entering the home is uneven in one area. Please be careful to preclude a fall.- Unable to support scent free accommodations.- NO PARTIES, EVENTS, NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - $500.00 fee will be assessed for parties/events and $1500.00 for smoke damage - No other guest allowed besides the number listed on the reservation (booking).
