The house sits on a ¼ acre lot and has grass and a partial fence so a lot of your neighbors are set back from the house. Although the house is near the busier 4500 S street, we provide white noise machines in the bedroom to drown out the slight buzz of any vehicles passing by.There is a bus stop right across from the house. Uber and Lyft are both readily accessible and affordable in Salt Lake.Please note the house is near the busier 4500 S and the main floor can hear a very slight buzz in the house, mainly during the night. We provide each bedroom upstairs with white noise machines to use if needed.
