The backyard has a view through, low, wrought iron fence and is surrounded by tall pines. It is beautifully landscaped with many sitting areas, paths, and surprises to explore. MUSIC & SPEAKERS: The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls. DECORATIONS: Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! You will be charged for the repair. NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, which includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. WOOD PELLET STOVE Can use the wood pellet stove. Please make sure to educate yourself on how to use one prior to your trip. Never leave it ON unattended.
