This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a king size bed. There is a living room area with kitchenette and full size pull out sofa bed. Private outdoor deck. Condo was renovated in winter 2024. New paint, new furniture, new tv. Included for rental guests: Beach tags, bed linens, towels, 1 reserved parking spot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, basic cooking/kitchen supplies, starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. There is also a pack and play crib with mattress, and small foldaway cot stored in unit, if needed. Please bring your own sheets for pack away crib.
