The second bedroom has 2 double beds with a split-style bathroom across the hall featuring a separated sink area and toilet/shower. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. It has a dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and full-sized fridge and freezer. There is a gas grill on the deck with both outdoor and indoor dining options. WIFI is provided. The living room and primary bedroom has a TV with FireStick so you can log-in to watch any of your streaming apps. If you prefer to unplug, there are also books, puzzles, and games!There's a wood burning fireplace for cold nights as well as thermostats for temperature control in each room. On warmer summer nights, each room has a ceiling fan and additional floor fans for your use. The house also features a whole-house fan to help cool things down quickly in the evenings. Most homes in the area are not equipped with air conditioners, but the whole-house fan really makes a difference on the warmer days! The utility room has a washer and dryer for your use. Head up to the many lakes located in Lakes Basin for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking, or spend a day hiking or mountain biking. If you prefer fishing, walk down to the Feather River or check out nearby Lake Davis. We're a short drive from downtown Graeagle where you can spend the day shopping, eating, and enjoying some sun at Mill Pond. There's a gas station and small grocery store in town for essentials, and a larger grocery store in nearby Quincy or Portola.
