The 337 River House is a great getaway on a 1.7 acre lot on the Frio River in the town of Leakey, Texas. The main house and a bunkhouse are set way back from the road, and behind the houses, there is a tall swing set among shade trees, a gated volleyball pool, and a large covered pavilion near the steps that lead down the riverbank to the river. Enjoy the large smoker grill, fire pit, and horseshoes near the private river entrance and no across the river neighbors!THE MAIN HOUSE: Sleeps 10 in 3 Bedrooms- Downstairs corner BR: 2 Queen beds plus attached full bath with shower - Middle Bedroom: 1 Queen bed; stairs from this bedroom lead to upstairs bedroom- Upstairs bedroom: 2 Queen beds plus attached full bath with bathtub; has TV and balcony access.
